Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

Ok, THAT part I can believe. I've been called a nazi for maybe even suggesting that lockdowns killed/harmed more people than COVID.

Dem ops legitimately believing those that oppose them are an actual evil make sense.
Charles Krauthammer was an obnoxious neoconservative prick, but he was absolutely correct when he said "To understand the workings of American politics, you have to understand this fundamental law; Conservatives think Liberals are stupid. Liberals think Conservatives are evil".

Conservatives think Liberals are stupid. Liberals think Conservatives are evil".
I was going to mention that, but now I only think most of the non-politician, non-MSM liberals are stupid. I think the liberal politicans and MSM are actual evil.

I also have to remind myself constantly that 80% of the middle barely cares either way.

The bombs that magically went poof and the removal of the panic buttons from that embarrassing as hell bald haired black senator's office set that up quite well.

Get a lynching, kill an expendable black woman in a VERY safe blue district (or even a purple district that would turn blue instantly), then set off a bomb or two to maximize the chaos.

They even had a professional agitator and an Antifa-alligned CNN freelancer there filming everything.

Heck, they literally wrote and submitted the bill condemning the violence on 1/5. While some suggested this is because they knew this would have happened because the right has absolutely no experience or organizational skills for protests (and any protest of 250k+ people is either heavily organized by experienced organizers or it's a riot, if only because the first Antifa or Glowy agitator will turn it into a riot) it also fits if they intentionally were setting up the violence.

The problem, of course, is like with everything else, the left can't respond to changes. So they keep responding as if it went exactly as their training and talking points said it would -- i.e., a violent insurrection.
That does make a lot of sense, and it also explains why people being held on trespassing charges are still in solitary confinement. Since they didn't actually get the bloody mess they wanted, their "stick to the plan" reactions have come off poorly to the general public. What was the end goal though? The only two major changes they made afterwards was the national guard occupation of DC and the push to nationalize the capital police as a domestic spy agency. People were saying this was supposed to usher in the new patriot act and that would fit in perfectly with how events have unfolded.

They wanted to convince the general public that anyone that was a Republican was racist.

For months (and still), they shouted that all 74 million Americans that voted for Trump were directly responsible for 1/6. The goal was propaganda.

Even now, try to say on social media that 1/6 WASN'T a insurrection, but just a bunch of dumb assholes.

Seconding this link here, since I think people were discussing this a few pages ago:

Interesting summary on the inevitable failure of vaccines (due to the nature of Coronaviruses), and the failure of 'Team Lockdown' to end the pandemic.

At this point, I do think that 'Team Lockdown' has instead pivoted towards utilizing this pandemic to extend & consolidate government control way beyond its jurisdictions. After all, why waste a good emergency? And as the public has been whipped into a frenzy, the pandemic is almost entirely psychological at this point- useful for directing fear, anger, and compliance, but difficult to wind down.

However, that also means that the off-ramps from this pandemic have been completely missed, and the only way out now is a Speed-esque end-of-the-highway jump.

Like I've been saying, this pandemic is already over for 2/3rd to 3/4th of the country. They've gotten their shots if they wanted to and just moved on.

Fauci coming out, with people filling 60K football stadiums, and saying "he wasn't sure" if families could get together for Christmas, was so blatantly stupid that even he had to walk it back like 24 hours later. Which he has done with a lot of things, but that's for the COVID thread.

I don't think this pandemic will ever be "declared" over; I think people will just move on. The red states first by all accounts.

The question though is how long the unvaxxed can hold off on the coercive mandates until the majority reaches a point of pandemic messaging exhaustion.

In a country like Canada where there are no red states, or countries where the federal government has more local reach (like in Europe), the spaces of existence for the unvaxxed are going to be few and far between.

Yeah, Canadians, Australians, and Europeans that want to remain unvaxxed are in much more trouble than Americans outside of NYC and LA.

To be fair, Hasan is keeping to his word that reading theory is unnecessary because if he had actually read theory, he would have come across this quote by Marx:

As far as I can tell, the only people who actually support gun control are liberals and revolutionaries who have just seized control/communist countries. Everyone else essentially recognizes the need for the population to be armed. The founding fathers really fucked over the liberals by making the right to resist government tyranny a basic human right. As an aside, Australia has no Bill of Rights declaring what basic human rights people have there. They only have laws that declare what human rights Australians should expect but the laws themselves leave it up to the government to decide what a reasonable limitation would be and these laws aren't entrenched so they can be repealed at any time. Holding them up as an example for anything remotely related to the rights of people is retarded at best.
Marx's faith in the proletariat has been abandoned by communists. They realized they were never going to inspire the ignorant proles to fight, so since then they've only cared about getting the intellectual student vanguard to seize power, which requires disarming the ignorant populace who will likely get reactionary when the vanguard is trying to help you, shut up. This was the basis of the split between European commies and Russian commies, and that USSR-style revolutionary thought is now the norm and has influenced the way libs/lefties govern. Just muscle it through and convince people that resisting is bad.

There's an old, old political comic I saw in the newspaper (yes, that old) from when Birdman and American Sniper were sharing theater space. The first half was a tiny line at the Birdman marquee, captioned "If you want to understand Hollywood". The second half... well, I'm sure you can guess what the movie was and how long the line was, and it was captioned "If you want to understand the rest of America". That bubble is nothing nothing new, but its just become far more overt in recent years as the elites don't even bother pretending they know what people want in favor of straight agenda-pushing.
God, Birdman was so masturbatory.

I stopped believing in "Get Woke, Go Broke" when Hollywood just keeps plugging along despite the fact that revenues have dramatically plummeted and all these IPs are still doubling and tripling down on wokeness.

The fact that they gave Alex Kurtzman a 5 year, $160 million extension on August 1st despite the fact that Star Trek fans literally hate every single show this man produces is proof enough that Hollywood doesn't care about the money; it's all about the message.

1.2 million Americans have HIV. This sounds like a lot, but there are 330 million Americans, meaning the HIV rate is 0.36%.

Trannies claim that the HIV rate among them is 40%, ONE HUNDRED TWENTY times the rate of average Americans.

It's one of several similar factoids they intentionally file bits of data off of in the hopes you won't notice, like the rate at which transgendered people are murdered (and how a huge percentage are sex workers killed by their johns, because prostitution is a dangerous occupation and the LGBT community pushes people towards sex work actively).

In this case, it's tied to a statistic that is similarly buried: why the STD rate is so high. It's the same reason that when AIDS hit the USA, it was the gay community initially hit hardest and most brutally - they were fucking one another all the time, and the region the first outbreaks hit were areas where the average gay man had double-digit numbers of sexual partners. The trans activist community has this selfsame problem, for the same reason, but they'd prefer you not look any closer as to why.

This is a very good article about interviewing Trump if you have time. Mollie Hemmingway is one of the few good MAGA writers with a spine. It shows how Trump is boisterous but he's not fake.

He says Chyna Virus came from a chinese lab but it was an accident and they were too stupid to realize it.

He really hits Sasse in this too

>Trump calls McConnel a stupid fucker
>DeSantis calls Schumer fucking stupid

If only politics were ALWAYS like this

Wait.

Are you saying that they actually thought these spergs would legitimately kill someone? Especially a politician? Not even like accidentally killing a security guard by punching him when they were desperately pushing the Officer Sicknick was killed storyline? And then were shocked when it didn't happen?

I... Press X to doubt?
They wanted it. They wanted it bad, bro.

This has changed, and now that the meme (in the traditional sense) of "Liberals are coming for your children" has finally hit mainstream conservativism, well, I wonder what politics are going to be like in 5, 10 years after "Liberals think Conservatives are evil. Conservatives think Liberals are evil and coming for their children" takes root.
