True, but the entire picture is slightly off kilter. It's not flush. Plus, how do we explain the squiggles of lint or whatever the fuck they are?

I think this is something Ralph has printed off and is going to use for his defense. I guess we'll find out when he goes to court.

This /cow/boy has some fundamental misunderstandings of what is happening in Ethan Ralph's revenge pornography case and what this screenshot may or may not mean

1) the case was not "dropped" the first time. It appears they offered a deferred prosecution agreement in exchange for Ethan keeping his hooves clean for a period of time
2) the victim does not direct whether a case is pursued in a criminal matter, the prosecutor does. Once the prosecutor decides the train is leaving the station, what happens is entirely out of the victim's hands, particularly in domestic violence incidents

Yeah, that's true, but the artefacts don't resemble a monitor, more like a piece of paper.
Here's what a monitor/phone screen would look like.

Lots of weird aliasing from the LCD/OLED. Vertical jagged lines of note.

This is from my old shitty Android with a trash camera and it's able to resolve these aliasing effects, Ralph's latest and greatest Samsung can do much much better.

I think it's a piece of paper.

So it seems pretty clear cut that Ralph got access to some court documents, something that Vickers/Faith posted set Ralph off enough to want to get even, so he took a picture of the document, edited it and proceeded to "anonymously" leak it on /cow/ because he thought it would... what?

I mean a lot of people suspected that Faith was the reason the case did not go further the first time around, and based on what Vickers said, something else happened the following day (either the prosecution told her that it was up to them and it did not matter or she changed her mind again), so how was this a win Ralph?
Was it for 0.5 seconds where people thought it was in relation to the current case and not the one from last year?

I'm convinced too, that fat piggy retard printed out a fucking email and then took a picture of it. No wonder he has Gator running his tech, hasn't he heard of cropping? I'm a fucking luddite when it comes to Photoshop and even I can do that.

...and surely Guntsville Virginia isn't such a backwards shit tip that you can't even submit things to court electronically?

@MWV buy Faith some cheap knock off Copics, a good, cheap, Kuretake outliner and some marker paper. Sit her down, make her watch some art channels so she knows how to use them... you'll have a RTG Ralph and social media distractor. Her autism won't make another baby, it'll just make fridge art. You'll save thousands in court fees.

Every time you say something definitive like this I can't help thinking it's a poor choice of words. I think "as far as I know" person doesn't have and has never seen would be wiser way of putting it. Thing is, human beings by design have lot less control over reality than they like to think they do. There is no way of knowing what somebody else did or didn't do, much less controlling. Faith may not have leaked them to Ralph, but it's not inconceivable that she did.

If Ralph had access to the initial e-mail because it's part of the complaint or evidence he probably has the responses unless Faith sent him the initial e-mail herself
