They always seem to forget that rural schools are woefully underfunded but do just as well as the rich white suburban schools. Also that urban schools are rich as fuck comparatively. It isn't funding. It is the student body.
This "grass is greener" shit has been going on forever and will never change. Everybody knows what the problem really is, black culture is anti-intellectual, this is just window dressing so that the community can scam more cash from state coffers for dem programs.
