I am a nazi, according to these people, purely because I'm not an internationalist. I proclaim that a welfare state or a true people's government cannot survive mass immigration, and that a socialist government should look to the needs of its own people before all else. That's. . .an interesting way of portraying the pendulum swing.

It's less portraying the swing... and more portraying the result of resisting it. Until now the left have been accidental masters of manipulating the pendulum, knowing to let 0ff the gas just enough that the populace could vote in controlled opposition whenever the heat got too high. So they constantly kept their gains, because the Pendulum hadn't yet built up any great momentum to swing back.

The problem for them is that it is clear that it was accidental because they haven't pulled back this time. Instead, they doubled down. Not only pushing the pendulum to the point of a natural swing, but keep pushing it further and further towards the left. And now we have seen the cracks and fissures appearing on the base of the wall they put in front of it. It's ready and swinging back, but they keep resisting it. Streamed the Trump rally in Iowa last night. He was so on point it was crazy. On fire more than his older campaign rallies, which this seemed to be. He hasn't lost any steam whatsoever.

Him not declaring he's running in 2024 was a smart move because he doesn't have to abide by all the campaign finance rule bullshit and he's gleefully laying all the groundwork.

If that wasn't a Presidential campaign rally I watched last night, then tickle my ass with a feather. The attendance (as always) was huge. And the audience genuinely loves this MAGA man.

Personally, I hope he comes back with absolute vengeance, takes no names, and immediately goes about kicking ass. It's what this country needs and I'm sure he's had lots of time to reflect on the asshats that undermined his first term every whichway they could.

Whether that happens or not, ask the Magic 8 ball. But from what I watched last night, he's not lost the support of the American people. If anything, he's gaining as Biden incoherently stumbles along fucking up everything in his path.

Just my .02, seeing Trump so on fire last night was inspiring and provided some hope that maybe things aren't so far gone that they can still be fixed. But Biden still has time to continue fucking this country raw in the meantime.
