In the parallel universe that Jake lives in, nazis aren't required to subscribe to the ideology of national socialism. At all, apparently. To Jake, nazism is vaguely related to criticizing trannies and video games that he doesn't like.
Jake keeps trying to tar June/shoeOnhead by calling her a nazi. June operates a "high profile full-fledged nazi account." A full-fledged nazi must support national socialism at least partly and have a favorable view of Adolph Hitler and the Third Reich. How else can the ranking full-fledged be reached? Jake's other orders are card-carrying and full-on. But all of these adjectival phrases appear to mean the same thing. They all suggest full support of national socialism. Jake has clarified that he is not hyperbolic or rhetorical, that he is using the literal meaning. I am reading Jake as he intends to be understood. But neither Jesse Singal nor June has ever expressed support for any part of national socialism, Hitler or the Third Reich. There are pro-nazi websites and online fora, and none of the discourse there has any resemblance to Jesse Singal's articles or June's tweets. What is the appropriate adjective to describe those that do support national socialism? Full-fledged, card-carrying, and full-on appear to be the maximal gradings. What is remaining? Are they all full-on nazis?

It’s like he reaches self-awareness but turns back at the last minute. He knows that Twitter throws the word “Nazi” around like confetti, to the point where it means nothing more than “person who disagrees with me.”
So stop calling people Nazis? Start using more appropriate, more specific descriptors? Hell no! Call them Nazis even harder! Make it very clear that you very definitely, very literally mean “a member of a Nazi organisation, unambiguously wants to put Jews in concentration camps.”
I sometimes wonder if he actually wants legal action taken against him, just to make him feel important.

The problem with this, like a lot of Jake's problems, is that he's bad at defamation. Even when he was defending his claim about Mark Kern as "factually true" he would always Googleshng it and that's just not quality defamation.
The funny thing is that Kern was serious about looking at that vague roundabout pedophile accusation, when Jake has libeled Kern much more directly before:

Just to briefly revisit Jake's thoughts on the Mark Kern libel thing because I had gone back and looked at them and dumb probably old speculation is fun. (Also to put these all in a single post together.)

We've discussed before the merits of suing Jake who has no real assets, so I'll set that aside for now.
Jake, of course, is wrong as the entire dispute is that Kern is not a pedophile, child abuser, child pornographer, etc. as Jake claims. He's not even the right Mark despite Jake's claims. I don't see why Jake would think this would stop Kern from suing other than he's Jake. But what a lawyer probably would tell Kern is that it wouldn't be easy not that he has no case because Jake is right. Kern would have to either sue to get Jake's identity or trust us (because we're right) and skip that to sue the now Violet Cassandra Ocean directly then tie him to the account. I'm going to doubt that a good lawyer would tell him to take that risk and trust an autistic message board. And if his decision is to trust us on the identity, then he should also trust us on the part about Jake having no real assets.
A good example of what happens if he doesn't take that risk and has to sue to get Jake's identity is Congressman Devin Nunes' lawsuits against his "Mom" and his "Cow" for $250 million. Despite his efforts, Twitter has yet to divulge who the accounts belong to. The Trump DOJ joined in and got a subpoena to turn over the information for one of the parody accounts and Twitter just said they wouldn't do it and the DOJ withdrew the subpoena. And all this assumes that Twitter would be able to know anything valuable as anyone can make an account on there. Now, in Jake's case he probably signed up with jakealley@gmail.com but Twitter would probably still have to be forced to turn it over. And that wouldn't exactly be easy.
Going farther back, Jake has claimed Twitter could be taken to court multiple times for not banning all the nazis on their service Jake reports. Jake has claimed multiple times that the Supreme Court "appointed" George W. Bush as President due to his brother, Jeb!, doing something criminal. Jake claimed a couple times that Donald Trump was in court with an actual trial happening for raping a 13 year old. He claimed that some random dude named David Becker was "convicted beyond any reasonable doubt in a court of law" for rape when in fact the rape charges were dismissed. He claimed that Jace Connors was definitely going to court both on criminal charges and from Brianna Wu suing him. He was absolutely convinced that Mike Cernovich was going to be disbarred and most likely arrested. It's basically impossible to count how many times he claimed that Wu, Quinn, Cross and others were personally building court cases that were going to end up with hundreds of people in prison. Not to mention all the "saving of documents" he did because he believed these would be pertinent in the eventual court cases. His still pinned dossier of Hotwheels from three years ago was because he thought it would be important to the prosecutors who were going to send Brennan to prison for life. And he probably built those on who knows how many people.
To bring it back to Nunes a bit, Jake almost assuredly also thinks that he can sue (what are probably almost all anonymous online accounts) for a billion dollars and be awarded it when he drops the receipts of their libel of him. And now that I think about it, I do think Jake very much assumes he'd basically be a "millionaire" if it weren't for those dang whisper campaigns. With all the speaking engagements and book tours and lawsuits against creeps that a typical women has, he'd be a millionaire overnight! And that would just compound when he invested all of that money into his game development. All of it halted by vicious defamation of his character.
One last thing that amused me looking at this stuff is how the one person who Jake might have had any kind of claim against (although not a good one at all, I'm just saying relatively) that a court wouldn't immediately dispatch with as utterly insane is the one person he'd never want to sue:

I'm repeating thousands of posts from this thread for no reason but Jake simply has no idea what he's talking about but that won't stop him from talking about it. Remember when Glinner was talking to that Parliament subcommittee hearing, Jake thought it was some kind of court and he could file an amicus brief on Glinner and have him sent to prison. I just illustrated Jake's wacky concept of how libel works. But also in the above screenshots you can see Jake's theory on how if Kern pursued libel against Jake, there would be some kind of investigation by unstated persons, it would prove Jake correct about Kern's child pornographer ways and send Kern and his collaborators to prison. Along with the speculation that Jake could sue Kern for Jake being right that he's a pedophile.
