This was also brought up in the other thread. A firearm is superior in every way hunting. Bow and arrow hunting is in fact illegal where I am from. Mainly because if you are not any good at it, you just end up hurting animals rather then killing them. Especially when you are not any good, and for an amateur a bow an arrow seem like a foolish way of hunting animals. Is my assumption wrong, if I thought a Normal way of hunting, was to begin using the easier hunting equipment, and then upgrading to something that takes more skill later?

I think the trash is unintentional, but that sounds about as plausible as you would flail around with a bow and arrow and actually hit something moving when you can't hunt right? My theory is that he is pretending to be an expert hunter and is faking it. His history, and expertise in everything so far have just been a bluff. So it would be an exception if it was legit, and not the rule.
