You know how Phil talks about having MONTHS of garbage piling up in his garage because they "only take one can at a time"? Do you think he ever dives into the pile and crawls through it while going SNORT SNORT SNORT?

I'm guessing he just doesn't realize you can set extra bags by the can and they won't just fucking leave them there. I lived with a bunch of roommates and we just bought a random can and set it out there and the garbage men would just take it like true paragons of their vocation.

I wonder whether this is some more hoarding neurosis from mama Burnell, or just lazy pignosis he is casting on Kat so he doesn't have to take a lot of trash out at once.
it would actually probably be MORE effort to load the fucking car up with trash and drive all the way to the dump to drop it off

I just did a scan of the Renton Waste Management site. Phil mentioned that getting extra cans for pickup would cost too much. I was curious because when I lived in the West coast, the process was far more automated than when I lived in the East. You couldn't just buy another can and set it out. The truck arms had to be compatible.

Anyways... Rent fees of an extra can amounted to about 5 bucks a month. WM fees themselves were like 40. You can request an additional can for organic wastes at no charge.

Phil is choosing to wallow in garbage rather than pay the city pennies a month for an extra trash can - one of which is free if Phil could be arsed to sort compostables.

i don't really think he's "wallowing in garbage" the bags are all in his garage, which is probably rather large, and he only has 1 car

On top of that, I can not imagine that having even one more can rented for a year would cost anywhere remotely as much as how much Phil burns regularly for five star half naked muscle men pictures.

It also does highlight something else: how much garbage is the Gout Fortress even generating? Even if they're eating out every single meal of the day, two people + a cat would maybe generate one bag a week full of refuse and you can fit more than one bag into a can. Given literally nothing else happens in that house that would generate a steady supply of garbage for Waste Management to handle (not accounting for the garbage that is Phil talking on stream), is Phil just putting one bag into the garbage can each week?

A car that the horse probably uses to commute to work and even on her off days, Phil pretty much is scared of driving. If anybody was going to drive the trash to the dump it would be the horse and if she had that kind of responsibility in her nature, she wouldn't have shacked up with Captain Gout.

I really hope he's been to the dump since he got married, but I remember that Leanna's soap shit was still in the garage for far longer that should have been reasonable.

Its an assumption to be sure, but I also can't imagine Phil is responsible enough to take the trashcan down to the curb each week. Much like his spending to debt issues; if you only have one trashcan, but generate two can's worth of trash a week, you're accumulating one bag of trash in your house each week. If you just stop taking your trash down... something something, trash bankruptcy, lol

Here we go with the halloween shit, he must know he peaked last year with the slave owner costume

Wonder how many bills Phil paid today? The Scopely Bill? TotalWine Bill? Maybe the Doordash bill? So many bills I'm happy he got the help he needed last night.
Simple answer: every bill except the important one because they are not the "immediate" bills. We talk about a man who wasted nearly 9k in 2 weeks. If Youtube ever purges him he will be fucked

Bills like eletricity and mortgage are problems for tomorrows Phil. He can let those cook for at least 2 months before having to pay them.

Well, let's consider the dough he drops at the PetSmart for a moment. If he has more than one litterbox for Jasper and just empties them out weekly, that could account for a good portion of his kitty spending - as well as generate a sizable amount of refuse. Figure an average litter box needs around 20-25 pounds of grit and a 42 pound bag of grit goes for $14-24, depending on the brand. The snort fort could very well look like it's planning for a flood if he lets the bags pile up over too much time. Wouldn't smell so inviting, either.
