Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

And now they have made the vaccine a symbol of government power and overreach. People now feel they have a moral duty to resist simply to teach the government what they can and can't demand of the people. And they are still gobsmacked. "How can you be pro-vax and not pro-mandate?"

The government runs on Vista. Sort of a joke, but, it kind of isn't as well. Let me just say, XP Support going away caused several headaches.


In addition, it would be wise for our powergrids and other resource suppliers beef up security. Been saying this for years and as far as I know, nothing has been done. It is probably one of our most vulnerable points when it comes to cybersecurity and cyberwarfare.

I know for a fact that some of the more technically minded government agencies (in this case I know from someone that subcontracted with NASA) use Linux for at least a few of their servers. Unfortunately that’s probably an extreme outlier considering the average fuck making any decision for this shit is probably in their 70’s and hasn’t left DC in 15 years outside of campaigning.

I'd like to add that yes some hacks can be performed remotely, however, some of the more damaging hacks have to be performed in person. Considering we essentially have no southern border and that there have been instances of Chinese mafia growing weed in California on the backs of illegal Chinese slaves. If another country were to declare war on the USA, I could see the first wave of attacks being a crippling of our infrastructure. No communication, going dark, the closest thing to an actual EMP type effect. After all, the joke across the border is America is the easiest country to get into in the world.

I was picking the brains of an old colleague and they let me know that they did used to do web crawling, because they could, and found the local powergrid open. If someone else found it and learned Hex they could potentially close a circuit remotely just by tinkering with crap....I'm leaving the internet now. :P

Most, if not all of the computers hooked up to the Navy/Marine Corps Intranet run off old versions of windows. I did see a couple machines running DOS but they were being phased out in the mid 2000s.

The pentagon hates free shit. If they aren't overpaying for something, then they aren't using it, and I'd be amazed if Microsoft doesn't have the DoD locked into some 100 year service contract.
