Here's an anecdote I want to share: I'm an American and I know a guy who knows a guy who knows another guy who might know a girl who has an acquiantance she met one time who is kinda sorta similar to me (but is totally not me, definitely) who successfully faked the vaccine card by walking to a bunch of places that offered it and awkwardly hinted that if they pretended to give it to them (i.e. acquiantance, who is DEFINITELY.NOT.ME) they would get a $1000 cash for each of the two Pfizer doses dumped into the trash before the needle reached 1 mm from the acquiantance's arm.

This was attempted once with a pharmacy worker in a good neighborhood that was too confused, and then again (successfully) with a ghetto nurse in an 'unsafe' neighborhood who never ended up snitching. Said acquiantance has successfully used the card, with their real name in the state database (which is somewhat better than just printing out a fake), to fool multiple businesses, their job, the airport workers in their trip to Europe, and the airport workers in their trip back to these United States.

On the other hand, the acquiantance also might know of some people who just printed out a fake, not even getting their names in the database, and fooled all those they needed to fool with it, because they simply haven't been snitched on and only revealed it to friends they 100% trust.

Of course, I definitely got the vaccine for real though and am thankful for the wonderful protection it gives me from a virus that would have been certain death despite me being a very physically fit young man who hasn't gotten sick in many years. But I am just sharing these anecdotes in case it helps people (KF posters and countless lurkers/guests) in their decision on whether or not to take the 100000% safe vaccine that has harmed no one.

TL;DR Current vaccines are mediocre attempts.
The regimen was also screwed up in a way that too big an initial dose and a booster second dose administered way too early prevents proper maturation of immune responses. Although there’s no proper quality long term, you’re made to believe that quantity can overcome the problem.

Natural immunity > any of the vaccine regimens out today.

when i saw that in mid-january 2020 i didn't care because i figured if china took so long to inform others and it was as contagious as they said, it would've definitely left the country almost immediately and we would've been seeing shit across the globe by then.

then in late february when the panic started heating up i perused stuff like worldometers, took note of recent data, and using common sense based on that, the acknowledged lack of testing, and the latest news reports saying stuff like a high schooler thinking his super deadly covid was the flu and he was about to go back to school before getting his test results, i more or less knew for sure the damn thing was the flu and had been spreading everywhere for a while.

the amazing thing is, as i said before, i told my parents and my other family members and it literally didn't make a fucking difference, they forgot everything i said by mid-march and my takes got retroactively branded as right-wing conspiracy theories by the end of april and now nearly the entirety of my dad's family members who called me a genius in late february-early march for figuring out covid is the common cold has now excluded me from all of their family gatherings because i'm an evul anti-vaxxer. story of my fucking life
