"Oh yes, he multiplied the spending to get the vote out by a ton!" yah... to diminishing returns with every dollar. You'll notice that the article specifically cites Green Bay.... Green Bay is a Wisconsin city, and one of the ones I outright mentioned having large sums of money just disappear in. That was several months back, so what was learned since?
Well, this particular section of the money was used as a massive "Get out the vote" operation, aimed specifically at Democrat rich areas. And the end result? They increased the vote by about 20% in thoise districts, approximating about .3% of the Wisconsin vote total. Not bad, not bad... except it's awful. For an increase of almost 6x the money, they got .3% extra vote in Wisconsin. Total.
This was, if anything, a massive failure.
