Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

I'm starting to feel like support for a broad vaccine mandate is the mark of a person who is genuinely fucked in the head and needs to put on heavy meds and removed from polite society. When Pedo Joe announced the mandate, I remember seeing polls suggesting it had majority support in the US. This can't be right. I'm generally a misanthrope but not even I think most human beings are capable of being such vile scum.

Now I'm starting to wonder how many people are not just on our side but at the point of radicalization. Could this be the final overreach that causes enough people to snap out of it? I really think it could be. What an exciting time to be alive.
Sadly, a lot of people do support it. After religion fell out of place in the US, people began to fear death more than anything. Making them vulnerable to any claims something will kill them or make them vulnerable to death. In a general sense, when people fear something much worse than death they sometimes will make sacrifices to make sure bad things don't occur within their realm of vision or possibility, when they merely fear death as the end all be all, most become (moral) cowards. It's why the left has gotten as far as it has.

The poll is probably inaccurate, but people do panic when faced with their own mortality or claims there in.

On the bottom part you're not wrong though, there is a lot of people becoming radicalized, the only bad part it will take much worse before people fully snap and rise up. I sense it's drawing near though.

"Fuck Don Trump" works.
It doesn’t quite work. A good cadance has to lilt a bit if that makes any sense. It’s too blocky to my ears, at least for chants from a sporting event like this one came from. Try adding in drums at the end where it’s 2 beats followed by 3 rapid beats and you’ll get what I mean.

Even at the very height of Orange Man Bad (during his term, we still have it) I don't think we had "fuck Trump" chants on this wide of a scale at sporting events.
Not on that level, no. The most I remember is some black low life rappers (YG and Nipsey Hussle) putting out a "Fuck Donald Trump" video and that's literally the only lyric. I'd hear it every once in a great once in awhile blasting out of some ghetto ride. But never heard it like I hear Fuck Joe Biden at major national events.

For your listening pleasure:

@Gehenna discussed seeing this in polling before. When asked about vaccine mandates in general, people were more or less supportive. As soon as you brought up enforcement mechanisms, support plummeted. Now, I don't really know why people would be supportive of a mandate without any way to enforce it as it'd be pretty much useless theater, but it turns out that most people don't actually want to see people fired over this shit.

Now that the consequences of this retarded EO are being seen and felt nationwide, I'd expect support to drop even further. Hilarious that this is all happening before any actual regulations have been created, so all these businesses/corporations are putting themselves through hell for virtually no reason (although the info that they're concerned about retroactive mandates makes this make a little more sense, kind of).

I couldnt have said this better myself, this is 100% correct.

The other component to this is that with the majority of people being pathetic and having pathetic lives where they have accomplished nothing, something like a vaccine is a major accomplishment for them that they can proclaim to everyone to show how sophisticated they are. Its also about being on the winning team (this is where virtue signaling comes from) and the safety of being on the winning team so they can cast judgement and shame on the "losing team". This has been the case for all of human history.

What the hell is this yall are talking about with "retroactive mandates"?????

Did not realize Nipsy Hustle was also a victim of the Trump Curse. The more you know.

You're probably right. I'm sure this was posted at the time but look at Italy, where people still do care about religion...

And this was just about vaccine passports, not a fucking mandate that would financially destroy people who don't want to comply.

Eminem put out an incredibly embarrassing low quality "fuck Trump" diss track that flopped and went over about as well as a cactus dildo. Amusingly /pol/ and /v/ autists put out a retaliatory diss track which was much better.

I often also attribute that concept to the same issue. People hate to take risks in their lives to accomplish anything when it could endanger them and it doesn't help most are so comfortable there's no need to take unnecessary risks. This pampering has really dampened the evolution of humans in the west. The "Us Vs. Them" mentality is to substitute the fact that most people have no real conflict in their lives, which is even funnier because most of those same people are deathly afraid of conflict to begin with. The rest falls into elitism most people want to be some elitist sophist moron to look down on others and they can't do that if they don't have some currency (in this case virtue) to stand above those who don't showcase it.

People like the -idea- of a mandate, it feels like the government doing something and helps them feel safer because at least there would be a law on the books. It's vague enough to provide the feeling of safety without the reality. This is a fairly common thing when asking general questions, people like the vague idea of a policy until they think more about it, and it's why such vague positions are worthless in polling from an analytical standpoint.

Where the thorny issue is, is when it comes to presenting the realities of that vague policy. When people are made to stop and consider them. To put it in a slightly different example.

Say you have a park that is really, really hideously ill-maintained. Anyone asked agrees "The city should do something about the park", there is a 100% approval for the idea of doing something about the park. So when the mayoral elections come, someone runs on the idea of "Raising taxes, to pay for fixing the park!" and loses -utterly-. Turns out, most people don't like the idea of fixing the park, when it costs something.

See:
While I have not had any official word on it, grapevine says that his hoped-for EO will be/would have been retroactive. Making failure to comply early an offense. Which is -hilariously- unconstitutional, outright illegal, and would be struck down by SCOTUS. But until it is, it'd represent one hell of a nightmare for business owners. Part of why the admin likely backed down from implementing it was just how badly it'd go in the courts because it would be begging for a ruling against any mandates at all.

Still, most business owners, if the grapevine is true, would be very much... incentivized to consider the EO in effect until its officially moved back on or the pain of trying to implement it is greater than the pain of ignoring it if its actually put in.

Its mildly bizarre. This admin seems to think it can do the Obama "throw everything under the bus and have it be alright:, but lacks the cult of charisma Obama had to actually do it... So we get shit like this, where the admin threw the FDA under the bus and lo and behold, they suddenly are much less leniant.
before you could throw shit like ayo dey racism, now at worst they can say it's not pedophile, it's hebephile

See:
Yes, but what does that mean. Anyone who was not already vaccinated a year ago will be fired?

No, it's on large businesses, appears to have been a notice sent out to the really big ones. "Yah, our EO will say anyone had didn't have their workers vaccinated before X date was always in violation of OSHA, enjoy the massive fines".

Regrettably, Delta is quite right here. As much as attacking this angle is a tempting target, the mainstream press flat-out won't cover it and it won't, in the long term, do as much damage long-term as hitting McAuliffe in other areas. The shithead was a centerline in the DNC for quite some time, so suffice to say, his recent kvetching about the Parents calling School Boards out on their shit, while damaging, is small potatoes compared to some of the insane shit he got up to when he was DNC head.

The fact that they're running McAuliffe suggests that they're so desperate as to run one of their greasiest eels despite the baggage he has. Stay sharp.
McAuliffe had to run because the other Dems in the state are known for blackface and rape. McAuliffe has the least baggage of the state's Dem leaders. Tragic.

even this website is going to shit because the CEO let the HR mods make the decisions.

YOU'D HAVE TO BE A FUCKING IDIOT TO BELIEVE THE GOP WILL WIN VA!!!!! This bullshit literally makes me MATI.

Anyone with a brain knows the GOP will get fucked in the ass. Loudon county is spook central. if the parents cared they would have done something to the Dems already. You'd have to be stupid as shit to believe the GOP will win. Saying they even slightly have a chance makes me hate this fucking forum. you people are worse than the fucking Qboomers with this shit
It does explain one thing, the protests against CRT are nationwide yet why does Fox News concentrate on this one county lol.
Dumb. Loudoun makes the news because they're one of the few places that are successfully pursuing recalls and lawsuits for school board members and keeping the "storyline" going from meeting to meeting. The major FOIA lawsuits that come through from states like Rhode Island and Pennsylvania are also covered extensively in conservative media. I don't know why you think that parents should have done something 5 years ago when they're just learning now what schools are like. What the fuck do you think "doing something to Dems" means if not maintaining a constituency of parents who are suing, campaigning against, reporting on, exposing, and refusing to vote for DEMS?

Yes, that's how normal and healthy people think. But the same people who actually like vaccine mandates are also the same ones who vote for increased taxes to pay for homeless junkies to ruin their parks.
