Pat has lost almost 4k followers over the past two years. This loss still happened despite suspicious injections of a few hundred followers once a month, even though Pat hasn't gone viral in years. The tweet that I posted on the last page of Pat threatening that grieving mother did get over 100 likes, but that's pretty much his ceiling. He seems to have around 100-200 genuine followers, all with severe TDS who enjoy Pat threatening grieving women and sexual assault survivors for daring to accuse Democrat politicians.
