You're into a woman who practices bestiality with a retarded rabbit?Lusting after children's entertainment... how pathetic. There is only one correct choice.
Also Mari is the only high IQ choice.
Want to hear a joke? During COVID I got a job at Pizza Hut because I was literally THIS CLOSE to getting a mortgage and I was not going to go on the dole and put it off for a year. So I got that Pizza Hut salary 9f 9.50 an hour plus tips. And I got my mortgage.None whatsoever, which far exceeds the stringent standards of evidence required by modern "journalism."
Being highly-skilled and experienced in an industry desperate for competent employees? Fuck yeah, it's great! It literally means you can skip out on work when your employer shits on you since you can walk across the street and sign on with a competitor who isn't currently shitting on you.
It really is an interesting phenomenon. Can confirm we are having a similar experience in my industry though I won't elaborate on that further. I have to wonder if a sizable number of people got too comfortable with sitting inside for too long. It's one thing to oppose mandates etc. but that's not an issue where I am, at least not yet.We can't find people willing to put a cup of cheese on a pizza dough for 11 dollars an hour.
I didn't pay attention to that trial at all but this old black lady I worked with at the time was crying the day after Zimmerman was found not guilty. Thanks for bringing that memory back, it cracked me up.I'm happy that after all these years, people still haven't forgotten Jaffa.
Hard to believe the zimmerman trial was nearly a decade ago

Making the rounds on twitter:
Southwest has 8,500 active pilots. Commercial airline Pilots are not permitted to fly a plane more than 30 hours a week. There are 168 hours in a week. You need 2 pilots per plane. That means that to keep flying, you need 11.6 pilots to keep one plane in the air 24/7.
Southwest has 8500 pilots and 718 planes. That equals 11.83 pilots per plane. If you have 718 planes and they have turnaround times, and 1085 flights get canceled on the same day while over a thousand get delayed, how many pilots quit? At least half.
They have more pilots than they need to keep 718 planes up - and they used weather as an excuse while at the same time United and American airlines only had troubles with a combined total of 35 flights.
Anyone who claims 4chan was anything more than shitposting even in the old days obviously wasn't around for it. /b/ even at its peak was full of 'racist' jokes (the best kind), and if you tried to moralfag about a stupid 'cause' you were going to get mocked ruthlessly. 'Anonymous' as an activist thing went gay when a bunch of moralfagging leftists who probably never posted on 4chan started to claim its mantle for various edgy causes like voting for Hillary.
Don’t keep me hangin like that. Within, into, or WHAT?found on 4chins.
General maintenance checks are usually denoted as A, B, C, D but each aircraft will have its own specifics. A check is the smallest interval that has to happen every 500~ flight hours for the 737NG family. A check usually lasts a day I think. B check is every 6ish months, is more involved, and takes around a few days of labor. C and D are heavy and heavier checks. It sure would be funny if the SWA or contracted 737 technicians also protested in this manner.Your math is a little off. I know a commercial and pilots usually work "Week on/Week off" or "Two Weeks On/Two Weeks Off" in addition to the flight-time limitations. So the fuckery with their flight schedule is due to people who are "On" calling out sick and not enough "off" people willing to report in. Also the planes need to down for maintenance... I forget how often.
Half makes a nice upper bound, though.
A certain historytuber made a video about how 4chan used to be a leftist bastion. I think people have selective memories and just phase out the stuff that doesn't fit with their nostalgia.Anyone who claims 4chan was anything more than shitposting even in the old days obviously wasn't around for it. /b/ even at its peak was full of 'racist' jokes (the best kind), and if you tried to moralfag about a stupid 'cause' you were going to get mocked ruthlessly. In a similar vein, without giving away any specifics I can say that the two companies responsible for building submarines and aircraft carriers for the US Navy - which are already understaffed and behind schedule - are expecting to lose 20-30% of the skilled manual labor (welders, metalworkers, etc) once the mandates get enforced. This is work that is almost literally irreplaceable, because few shipyards have the facilities, knowledge and certification to build nuclear boats. I’d be surprised if other major military contractors weren’t facing a similar outlook, though I imagine it would be easier to shift production of aircraft, land vehicles and smaller boats than bigass subs and carriers. Beyond just tanking the economy, this could create a crisis of national security that could have a lasting impact for decades if the US is forced to keep using old boats past their expected service life or shrink the fleet size because they just can’t crank out new ones fast enough.General maintenance checks are usually denoted as A, B, C, D but each aircraft will have its own specifics. This year I am back in my usual career making far more money, but I stuck around with the Pizza Hut and do a couple shifts for two reasons. Reason 1 and the big one, befriended the people and wanted to help give them a day off. Reason 2, they are now paying 13 dollars an hour plus tips.
This plus tips is huge too because my two shifts, Friday and Saturdary Nights is pretty much split between me, a cook and a driver. Because they cannot hire ANYONE. Even with a pay offer we'll above minimum. The one delivery driver who stayed on is making the equivalent of 40,000 dollars a year, and my hour wage as a shift supervisor for Friday night is 25 dollars an hour after tips.
This is AFTER the store closes two hours early at 9 PM because it just cannot keep up with demand. There are not enough workers. Also, in the last three months the price of 6 bone in wings has gone from 6.99 to 9.99. In three months. Corporate also removed all prices from take out menus and the counter menu. In the POS system they increase every 7 days about 4% and since I only work there once or twice a week it's jarring. apparently the price increases are happening DAILY.
The full time staff of the store meanwhile is supposed to be 7 people. Two full time drivers. Two full time cooks. A senior shift manager, and junior shift manager and a general manager. With another 5 part time employees for volume. They have THREE full time employees. A General Manager, a Shift and a Driver. No cooks. No dishwasher. And both the Shift and the driver are threatening to quit due to overwork. The shift is a college kid who wanted to work part time and instead had to put in SIXTY FUCKING HOURS because even after closing 2 hours early he has HOURS of prep and dishes to do because after months of trying nobody has been hired for any position.
It's absolutely shocking. Which is why I am helping as a I can, but I can SEE the desperation in the eyes of the general manager. Last Friday the Pizza Hut regional manager came in to help cut and box orders. The labor situation is absolutely fucked right now. There is no wiggle room to demand more. It's fucked up and down the chain. Never mind highly skilled pilots. We can't find people willing to put a cup of cheese on a pizza dough for 11 dollars an hour.
Your a better person not knowing. What the fuck is 9gag? Is this some sort of Zoomer joke that I’m too ancient to understand?
Unlike retail wageslaves and patty flippers, the people leaving this kind of skilled labor aren’t easily replaceable, especially when double-digit percentages of them all leave at the same time.
Another aspect to consider is that unlike unskilled labor, where you’re mostly paying for a body to be there stocking shelves or bagging groceries or wiping floors, when you lose a skilled worker, you don’t just lose their work output - you also lose their years of knowledge and experience working at the company, and have to train a new hire up from scratch, which depending on the job could take weeks, months, or even longer before they’re operating at the same capacity as the person they replaced. If double-digit percentages of people leave at the same time, you might not even HAVE the personnel required to adequately train and mentor the replacements.
If the government actually tries to enforce a broad mandate, it will destroy the economy and result in the highest unemployment America has seen in decades. Personally I’m quite looking forward to it.

No one cares faggot I want to laugh at nigger spam on an airline page.Seriously, once these vaccine mandates force the termination of 20% of the work force, think about who the remaining work force are going to be. Remember that old saying about how 10% of the people do 80% of the work. Do you think that 10% are going to be terminated or still employed? I'm not sure I'd want to be flying for any reason any more.
Don't worry you'll be having to deal with Kamala's retarded decisions before long.Whenever I think Joey's regime can't fuck anything up worse than it is, I am quickly disabused of that notion. The resistance to Joey's regime continues to grow, and Joey's regime just keeps flailing away, fucking itself at seemingly every turn. And we aren't even nine months into this regime's term. I cannot for the life of me even imagine how things may be even a year from now, much less in 2024.
Before 2020, I've always said that America would only see a real revolution with people out in the streets when normal people have nothing left to lose, because as long as people keep getting paid, they're always going to choose that over rioting in the streets (it's no surprise that BLantifa rioters are composed mostly of unemployable losers and trust fund kids who never had to work a day in their life). This vaccine mandate seems like it's tailor-made to destroy America - it's gonna destroy the economy by causing a massive exodus of skilled labor, which in turn will cause a massive decrease in spending, as the skilled workers exiting the workforce rely on their savings and massively cut back on leisure spending. Let's not even get on the supply chain issues that would domino onto literally every industry if 20-30% of the nation's truckers simultaneously called it quits. Literally nobody in America benefits from this - not the government (which needs money to function, and is suddenly going to be collecting a lot less income tax and sales tax as a double digit % of the population makes less and spends less), not the big corporations (which depend on a populace with lots of disposable income to throw at mindless entertainment and pointless subscription services), not the military (which likes having shiny new shit and barely has enough old shit to function as it is), not the propaganda mills of academia (which depends on a populace with enough income to mindlessly ship their kids off to universities to get worthless degrees), and most certainly not the American people.Suggest a good number of these highly skilled workers could well retire, and never return even when all this shit is over and done with. Their experience and expertise is lost to the company forever. NFG.
