Well, Eric.

First of all, planes aren't brand new experimental tech. Furthermore, said analogous experimental tech hasn't frighteningly managed to kill and maim several of its passengers every time it's entered testing, only to have the FAA fast track its approval just because flying is now an "emergency".

Second of all, Big Airline doesn't have a business model that inherently involves an incentive to poison their customer base to maintain repeat customers. Just maybe a little place where that analogy breaks down.

Third, the government isn't seriously talking about making plane tickets mandatory recurring purchases for the rest of your life.
"A spokesman for Mr. Nadler, Eric Schmeltzer"
"TV ads for Buttigieg were funded by veterans or corporations and wealthy individuals? Its main PR person, Eric Schmeltzer"

Forever discredited.

Man I take a break for a few days and you troopers hold down the fort. :semperfidelis:

Here is a serious question: Why isn't natural immunity ever taken into account in all these mandates? How many Americans are running around with Super-Coof-Defense....and we don't even know it? I mean all these people have been infected.

I was doing some research for this post, and as usual, found a GEM from 2015, and yes, CNN can't fucking make a chart readable:

I assume there's some bullshit reason that "there is no fundamental right to bodily autonomy" doesn't immediately and utterly annihilate all laws barring abortion bans.
Because apparently the Constitution only protects the right to an abortion, not any other sort of privacy or bodily autonomy. Here's a fun fact for you--the reason the vaxx mandates keep winning is because they're based on laws protecting government sterilization and other early 20th century eugenics programs. It's a huge hurdle to overcome, and to make matters worse your "conservative" judges are mostly Originalists so are unlikely to try and invent new rights out of existing precedent and constitutional law unlike the Roe v. Wade judges.

I've posted several times that the key problem is public health laws and how the government has abused them every step of the way. The same laws that justifiably give governments huge amount of power toward dealing with shit like smallpox or yellow fever can be abused for nonsense like this, and could be extended even further in the future. That Twitter post about the government making people wear diapers in the name of public health isn't far from the truth in terms of what the government could compel you to do under the guise of public health. The definitions for "public health crisis" and other disaster laws are so broad the government probably could put you in a death camp in the name of fighting global warming or whatever.

gee it's almost like there's no "justifiable" scenario for the government to have those powers whatsoever. if the black death comes back tomorrow just stay inside yourself without needing irl jannies to tell you to do so

If you don't do any research on the dark history of COVID then that is the biggest tell that this is all a scam isn't it. If there was a real pandemic and people were in danger you wouldn't need to lock people down as they would be boarding themselves up. People break lockdown laws because they don't fear this "deadly" virus. Apart from a couple weeks early last year I have not been concerned about the wu flu at all.

Also that 16 year old girl being arrested for not wearing a mask at school is sickening. All of this shit is bad enough but seeing kids being abused like this really fucks me off. It is astounding that the left see this and don't give a fuck, no matter how much you try to get them to care they just won't.

Let's not forget this gem from earlier this year

Long time lurker of this thread, first time commenter, felt compelled to say that my 57 year old mother told me today that she has Crohn’s disease (inflammatory bowel disease) now. She’s double vaxxed with Pfizer and even got her booster too.

I looked up the causes and there could be other answers but it is suspicious. It says on Mayo that diet and stress were originally thought to be causes but now just exacerbate things and that heredity and a malfunctioning immune system play more of a role in its development. Makes sense cause she eats very well and works out.

What sucks is that even if I bring this up to her she probably will not listen to me.
I know the feeling man, you feel so helpless when you've done your reading and digging and people still outright ignore or blow you off.

I wouldn't mind so much if they at least seriously listened to what you had to say and then decided to do what they were going to do anyway but it really is like a cult for some people.

A person very dear to me is planning on getting the booster. This person is a ~60yo male and unusually fit for his cohort (not the average boomer Amerifat, he's in the gym or running several miles daily). No known side effects from his previous doses besides a few hours of fatigue/general malaise. His reasoning is largely based on two things -- having had cancer several decades ago where a bunch of his lymph nodes were removed, and the fact that his frequent domestic and international travel is made easier by his vax-status. He knows coof panic is bullshit and is familiar with the hospitalization + death rate data, but like most people, doesn't keep up with current coof/vax research. I respect his choices but I worry about him getting hooked on the subscription model only to have a worse outcome if/when he eventually catches a variant strain. He is someone quite comfortable with risk when it comes to stuff like scuba or ice-climbing, and says because of his age he is "okay with being in the test group," but I'd go fucking nuclear if vax complications took him out instead of say, falling off a mountain face doing what he loves. Considering his general health, I think his booster-eagerness is pretty weird and unnecessary, but the previous lymph removal gives me pause -- is there any research suggesting the vax is of significant benefit to people like this? He's not currently considered immunocompromised in the way somebody undergoing chemo is, and I know the vax efficacy data on such people is poor anyway due to lack of sufficient study and accurate antibody titre metrics. I'd like to help him make a more informed choice without looking like a panic porn pusher myself, does anyone have any relevant papers/info?

That's give an other good reason for why parents will homeschool their kids.
