Highly doubt Noelles parents had to pay for anything besides room and travel; In the episode where Jazz (and the TLC producers) put on, hardly anyone showed up, yet somehow they managed to raise 15,000$ the funds needed for the bottom surgery. TLC probably paid, honestly. If I were Jazz I would’ve hired the local queens, and the alphabet people to help.
