Honestly, it's alright. It's what I expected from an announcer pack especially from Ame. Although it's in Paladins, I won't touch that game just to get that pack, but if it was on Smite then that would've been a different story. But that would never happen.

Yes, but I did not believe she was indie since the day she appeared because she appeared after amelia aka with a Nabi made avatar, her numbers and pull are very strange for a solo indie my personal rat is that she appeared with a shitty company at first, after she left that one, Pony canyon decide to join the bandwagon and soft adopt her

What I want to say is I believe she is Pony canyon vtuber, you don't get that much pull by being indie, it took millennia for cover to land a collab with a big music company

You dont even need to git gud, most of them do member participation streams. I've played with my oshi and a half dozen other hololive girls. but that dude and guys like him wouldnt be happy with that because they're so insecure they dont think they can "compete" with a guy who plays videogames for a living.

I thought Amelia did not like sponsored streams because if its a game she doesnt care she has a hard time hyping it

It feels like there's some kind of "Do shitty sponsored stream x and we'll let you do y" deals going on behind the scenes at EN. They're constantly getting signed up for the most garbage sponsorships. Someone earlier in the thread was saying crunchyroll's vtuber will have to promote shit like High Guardian Spice but holoEN signs up to every shitty crunchyroll sponsorship going so I wouldnt be surprised if they have to shill it

What basically happened, according to her notice, is that this company wanted to back her. She was told to present as an indie and they would handle her channel. She technically never officially joined them, was only backed, and when she found out about the meta tag abuse she decided to pull out of the deal. The company wasn't very cooperative resulting in a legal battle to get her rights back to her channel. This is supposedly why she couldn't stream for two months.

As for Pony Canyon, I wouldn't doubt it if there's some nepotism involved, and that they're just primarily acting as a record lable for Uto's music.

Iirc the sister stuff was something her fans started and she just played into it. It pretty much stopped when Ame passively made it clear she wasn't comfortable with it.

Nah, it mattered a lot, especially when it comes to your recommendations. You couldn't go 2 steps from watching a Hololive clip to being recommended an Uto stream during the height of her "leeching"
