Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

The faggot in charge of our supply and logistics is absent for a whole year? WTF, and its blamed on family leave? Women can barely take off a few months after a legitimate birth and the homosexual and his fuck boy pretend to be parents and he gets a whole year to rape his trafficked adopted children.

You know that "And then, for no reason at all..." meme? Well, there are reasons. There are. Solid and legit reasons.

Fox News is saying Biden is going to reinstate Trump's stay in Mexico policy.

It's almost as if OrangeManBad knew what he was doing sometimes.

Don't be so excited. Probably a play to get Mexico to say they won't cooperate to help with the lawsuit The Biden administration is losing which would force them to reinstate it.

The next Republican president should just unilaterally declare Mexican a safe third country and deny asylum to anyone who travels through it to get here. Trump cucked out on that as usual.

We don't need Mexico's approval to say people skipping over safe countries don't actually need asylum here when they can get it in Mexico.

If you are going to accuse Trump of cucking, at least be right. The U.S, under 4 decade old law, is required to accept refugees in its borders. We don't have a "Safe Third Country" law, that's the EU. Trump actually tried to set up a policy requiring it, the Biden team dropped it.

Remember Andrew McCabe, the disgraced FBI Agent who lied under oath to pwn Orange Man and was subsequently fired by the DoJ? Yeah, Biden just reinstated his full pension with back payments and erased all records of the firing.

Guy's already a GoFundMe millionaire, nine-figure book and Netflix movie deals are imminent. The Orange Man Bad economy takes care of its own again.

We have a safe third country agreement with Canada. I don't see a reason we need the country to actually agree with us on if they're safe or not.

Because those agreements are, by law, required to be bilateral. Both sides have to agree for it to be legally binding by said 4 decade old law.

I'll take your word on it. But of you have anything off hand showing why they need to be bilateral, I'd love to see it.

It's less something that says they have to be bilateral, and more something that it being bilateral requires. To explain, the law in question is all-encompassing, with no exceptions. But, immigration execution is largely the Executives prerogative in the U.S. system.

So, while the agreement, like with Canada, is a technical violation of the law, standing precedent says anyone in congress complaining can get stuffed. Now, why can't the President unilaterally set it then? Well, while the President has a near-universal right to interpret the law, he cannot create law. So doing so one-sidedly is a flagrant violation of the law in question and would rather inevitably fail on a challenge in SCOTUS due to the state being unable to really say how their one-sided decision follows the spirit of the law if not the letter.

So, in short, making it bilateral puts the decision into a grey area that the Canada agreement you mention makes de facto allowed since it was never challenged.

A whole fucking year for his butt baby.

There are no words to encapsulate just how fucking disgusted and tired I am of this society. I can only provide a vague summary, but it wouldn't be a fraction of a percentage of how I feel.
I sure do know how you feel.

Used to be I always thought there was something I was missing out on and just had to be "out there" and be a part of it all. Because things were happening! Fun was had! You could smoke in bars and do coke off the backs of the toilets! Get free drinks for a titty flash! So. Much. FUN. (sometimes a little too much lol)

I was talking to my mom recently, and after she said she wasn't sure how I'd handle working from home I just told her, "Mom, this world is completely different. There is absolutely nothing out there that I want: the music sucks, the people suck, there's no more fun, so fuck it! I had far more than my fair share of partying and having a blast back in the day, so now Imma stay home and chill and be happy."

She agreed, even she has sensed how things have shifted.

So normally I don't read this Sundance guy because typically his articles drone on but this one was interesting.
Apparently in October 2020, the EPA reached a settlement agreement with the California Air Resource Board that emissions non-compliant semi-trucks could not pick up or deliver at the Ports in LA or Long Beach. Large companies like Amazon and Walmart anticipated this years ago and diverted to other ports.
As a consequence of this settlement, there are only a limited number of trucks that can pick up the offloaded containers from the cargo ships, and then they have to drive to basically the state line where the containers can be transferred to "non-compliant" trucks that can't enter the state.
Thus, it doesn't matter if the ports are up 24/7 offloading from the ship if the semi-truck availability is extremely limited due to this EPA agreement.

Fascinating as fuck if indeed this is true, and I would be interested if anyone with trucking experience in California could corroborate the information.
