5.) Lawyers recommend he err on the side of caution due to certain legal ambiguities. Loli is essentially banned from 8kun.
Mark didn't actually leave because of the loli ban, but he claimed the loli boards not being restored was proof the Watkins were sell-outs. But if Gahoole is right and Mark actually had control over whether the boards were restored he could have set the whole thing up. This is further evidenced by Mark's insistence on controlling a board named /v/ with loli on 9chan.

Does anyone have screenshots of Mark being a shitty mod? I never had a problem using /v/ under him but that's just my experience. And /v/ on 8chan.moe seems nice.
 
So, thanks KiwiFarms for showing me this place. I found the most degenerate fucked up thread I have ever seen in my entire life on a board which cannot be linked to directly because the board owner made it so you have to navigate to it manually. The board is called /2dblacked/.

I disabled images before taking this screencap for good reasons. This is very NSFL. It starts out relatively tame with people fantasizing about such wholesome things like having black people fuck white toddlers for a live TV-show. By the end of it people are talking about sucking eachothers dicks while watching groups of black sex offenders raping their children to death while ripping their guts out and tearing off their limbs. And yes, there's tranny shit in there too.

EDIT: Oh yeah, forgot to mention, there's some people in that thread talking about how they fapped to Netflix's Cuties dozens of times, so there's your confirmation that the show is in fact for pedophiles.

I've seen some pedo spam in a bunch of other boards too.
Reported it to the global jannies and they sat on it for fucking ages so my personal theory is that this is (((sponsored))) spam.
