Riders watched as a woman was raped on a SEPTA train but no one called 911, police say. - Promote and enforce people being apathetic cowardly sheep and they act like apathetic cowardly sheep. Surprise, surprise.

A 35-year-old man in Pennsylvania is facing rape and assault charges after a woman was sexually assaulted on board a public transit train Wednesday night as riders witnessed the attack but did not intervene, authorities said on Friday.

The woman was assaulted at around 11 p.m. while riding the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) Market-Frankford line towards the town of Upper Darby.

"The assault was observed by a SEPTA employee, who called 911, enabling SEPTA officers to respond immediately and apprehend the suspect in the act," Andrew Busch, a SEPTA spokesperson, said in a statement.

SEPTA officers arrested the man, later identified as 35-year-old Fiston Ngoy, according to Upper Darby Police Superintendent Timothy Bernhardt.

Surveillance video captured the entirety of the assault, giving investigators enough evidence to charge Ngoy with rape and assault, Bernhardt told NBC Philadelphia.

The video also shows how riders, who also witnessed the attack, did nothing to help the woman being assaulted, according to Bernhardt.

"It's disturbing," he said. "I'm shocked, I have no words for it. I just can't imagine seeing what you were seeing through your own eyes and seeing what this woman was going through that no one would step in and help her."

Investigators are also reviewing the videos in an effort to determine who was there and interview possible witnesses, Bernhardt added.

Bernhardt told NBC Philadelphia that he spoke to the woman on Friday and said she was doing okay after being taken to a hospital to be treated for her injuries following the assault.

Upper Darby police continues leading the investigation into the rape with assistance from SEPTA Transit Police. Investigators are also urging anyone who witnessed the attack to contact the authorities.

SEPTA is also urging possible witnesses to contact the authorities.

"The rape that occurred on SEPTA’s Market-Frankford Line Wednesday night (Oct. 13) was a horrendous criminal act," Busch said. "There were other people on the train who witnessed this horrific act, and it may have been stopped sooner if a rider called 911."

"SEPTA urges anyone who observes a crime being committed or any dangerous situation occurring to report it. Anyone witnessing an emergency should immediately call 911," he added.

Ngoy remains in jail unable to post bail, NBC Philadelphia reported.

There's multiple reasons why, if you agree with them or not is another matter.

Any type of domestic violence situation mostly ends with the guy who tries to help out getting beaten up by the man and women arguing/fighting.

If you try and restrain the niggo and he ends up croaking your life will be ruined, if there's enough outrage you may think you'll get thrown in prison for 40 years for murder meanwhile your family will lose their jobs or their business will be burnt to the ground.

etc etc.

It's all so tiresome.
That doesn't explain why no passengers called the cops. Thankfully, the SEPTA workers did. It figures that working class transit workers are still realistic enough to trust police.

BLM has achieved their objectives -- make the public reluctant to call the police even to stop a violent crime in progress. Their primary goal has always been to let black criminals run riot. When you think about it, all those people who failed to intervene in Kitty Genovese's rape and murder were just early supporters of Black Lives Matter.

Personally, I think rapists are one of the lowest forms of life and if it were up to me they'd all be buried alive, perhaps with some scorpions to keep them company during their final moments.

But I still wouldn't have called the cops. I don't need some Shanequa calling BLM to my house because I was rejecting the bountiful fruits of diversity. I don't need CNN telling the entire nation that there was no rape and I called the cops for no reason other than racism.

Before you make some comment about that being exactly what BLM wants, I know that. The difference is I'm not retarded enough to live in a city, so I'm not under their control. I'm more than happy to let the festering boils known as cities burn to the ground thanks to their own horrible choices.

Wasn't there a recent case of a black man catcalling a white guy's girlfriend where it turned violent and led to the black man being shot?

Yes. Thread on it here and partial video of the incident (captured by the girlfriend who started filming when the guy began harassing her):

Short version, Black guy who says on his Tic-Tok "If your boyfriend White, you single to me. What Timmy gonna do?" started harassing a girl who was out with her boyfriend. Boyfriend stood up to the guy, who then initiated violence and got shot. Boyfriend now facing murder charges and a judge whose probably only familiarity with violence is Hollywood movies and will think pulling a gun in response to being punched is disproportionate.

People know what happens now when you intervene, you are going to get some aggressive ape getting violent, so you end up hurt, or you stop it/defend yourself, and end up fucked over by police and politicians for fighting a black.
Raised by another person but it's possible people didn't know she was unwilling if she wasn't resisting or calling for help.

I suppose it could be the latter of people not knowing if she didn't speak up. Even then given how fucked up things have been, I think people are more adamant about engaging with melanated folk.

They didn't call the cops, but I bet you they recorded the whole thing for internet clout. Can't put it on WSHH, but there's always a place that's degenerate enough to accept the footage.

Are there any good shock sites left that don't immediately block most commercial VPN IPs? I can't help but feel some days I'm surrounded by honeypots!

These African guys harass women all the time in and around the stations. Probably another rapefugee here to get gibs and assault and harass American women. If he's a rapefugee there's probably no hope of him getting deported. Maybe he'll live up to his name and get fisted in prison.

You've probably seen those old movies where a crime happens in a New York subway and no one does anything. It's not just the movies. It really does happen. I just hope these assaults don't become a trend. It makes me even more uneasy. Just waiting for the buses and trains to arrive can be unsettling enough with all the degenerates the transit cops are too afraid to tell to GTFO now because somebody might suicide by cop and cause another riot.

Parts of Delaware County are absolute garbage. Most of the nice areas are out in the middle of bumfuck nowhere because you gotta have money to buy those properties and get away from guys like Fiston.
Huh, thought Ngoy was a Cambodian surname. The more you know, I guess.

Philadelphia is the city of brotherly love after all.

Not really. The people involved with Kitty Genovese actually called police and shouted out to do something about what was happening. They were sheep too but they at least wanted to do something more than bleat even if they didn’t really have the balls to do it.
