Xanderhal has such a patronising view of other cultures. It is almost like he views other countries as less enlightened versions of the US. It is almost like cultural differences for him come down to food and architecture — as if other countries are theme parks.

That was such a lulzy article too, really when I started to pay attention to them. The idea that some dude in a dress is 'de-radicalizing' anyone was always laughable, he was just reaffirming contrarions in a new thing to be contrarion on, but a more 'establishment approved' one.

As from this guy, IMO if you're going to have these kinds of wild swings in political views in a relatively short period of time, you probably don't have strong views to begin with - and maybe you shouldn't be making YT videos about them at all?
