Last time it took 3-4 months to get a significant ruling but it's hard to pin down because Russ kept filing nonsense additional motions in the interim that could have prolonged everything (takes more time to address) or sped things up, depending on whether the judge wanted to just get rid of him more quickly as he kept bugging her.
I imagine he'll treat it like his website and many other things- not actually do anything useful with it but try and brag about having it.
I suspect the reason Russhole has been so quiet recently is because he's still waiting for that fax to finish sending. Those 150 page 6s won't fax themselves.
The fact that the post doesn't mention Russell's name leads me to believe it's legit. Any troll would have made it clear that "RUSSELL GREER STOOD ME UP". He likely never told this prozzie his full name.

There's a bankruptcy attorney named Russell Greer that pops up whenever one searches federal court for new Russ actions. I imagine he must know the other Russell Greer by reputation now.
I've seen this profile pop up when searching for Russ on facebook and everytime I get the feels for her having the same fb name as Russ.

Dude got so much hate he had to start spelling his name with his middle initial, which wasn't part of his author name, so it made him a bit more harder to find him that he had to put out a FB post that he was nowing using his middle initial ONLY BECAUSE HE KEPT GETTING MISTAKEN FOR PIPSQUEAK.
Sadly (or luckily?) for the world of comedy, Russell doesn't have enough game to score a date with Greer.
When sharing a name with Russel Greer your only option might be to troon out and legally declare it your deadname, the merest utterance of which is a human rights violation
Or declare yourself the One True Russell Greer and sue everyone else with the same name! That's the way of the warrior right there.
That's gotta suck. Since Russ labors under the delusion he's basically a lawyer, his idiotic filings are all over the net, and someone checking out Russell Greer, Attorney at Law, might think he's some kind of legal crank. That's unfortunate.
