He has prominent cheekbones and brown skin but other than that I’m not seeing it, I’m pretty sure he’d be flattered by the Ramirez comparisons because he’s a sick edgy fuck.
Maybe he has some gnarly Ramirez teeth to boot (likely if he’s using heroin- Ramirez was a crack aficionado but both aren’t kind to teeth).

I dunno, both have that “soulless, empty husk where a soul might have once been” look like they just got turned into a vampire.
