I can see the edge cases, but they all still sound dumb and like a total waste of money.

I can't help but feel like he paid even more than Papa John's already overcharges, for a pair of lukewarm ass calzones. The answer is the puzzle piece.

I have never used Doordash, Uber Eats, Grubhub etc.

I admit to installing the Doordash app once. I added a couple items to my cart, saw what the markup was not including the tip and was like fuck this. Made do with what I had.

The sheer amount of financial waste involved in using these services is absurd.

I'm not sure how doordash works but do pizza places even have a system in place to just block certain addresses? Seems like a waste of time to maintain a list/database of addresses that can't place orders. Or does phil just think every single employee at all these pizza places know to look out for his address specifically and not complete the order if they see it?

Sounds like phil just says stuff like that to play defense and try to dissuade anyone from trying.

Same. Unless I'm getting food for like 5 people I never use Doordash or UberEats just because between the delivery fee and tip, you end up paying like $20 for a $10 burger.

I loved getting baked and listening to Tervin’s restreams. I still get retarded high but I browse here while I do. But you’re doing pretty shitty if you’ve jumped to Xanax at this point.

It's obviously ridiculous that he comes to his streams with the expectation of getting a total of $150 throughout the course of them, but it's even more ridiculous that now he apparently expects it in a constant and uninterrupted flow. It blows my mind that he can come right out and say shit like, 'I haven't received any money for about an hour now' with a tone that's both chastising and bewildered without feeling like a total scumbag.

I doubt him not hitting one tip goal has much to do with being fresh off of a meltdown directed at a big contributer because the people who watch him seem to like the abuse. It's still kind of crazy to me thought hat even the possibility that it could be due to his rant probably never even crosses his mind, but I guess when you never suffer any consequences due to your words or actions, you probably wouldn't ever learn to connect the cause of a situation with something shitty you said or did.

Nice one too, Ansheng, defending the ego of Herr Führer. Jesus his mods are such pissant little toadies.

To a significant degree college has always been like this and Cs/math fields are the last bastion of actually having expectations of students while you float through the rest of class. There's no fucking excuse to not get cs since the oldest things on the internet were teaching cs concepts to one another for free. You have to struggle to not find free help. But we literally teach people to be dependant well into adulthood when you're off at college. Teachers teach the concepts and either you take notes, get practice and put time in to get it and keep up or you stomp your feet and whine he didn't do his job of teaching you personally and assuring every single person got the message. At that point why give a grade you just say it's the teachers fault and they need to keep doing it till it's done. This kind of entitled modern take is exactly what made DSP in his home, school, jobs, fgc appearances (you still haven't told me where to go, do you want me to run your tournament for you... Is a great example, who's responsibility is it for him to know where to be? And who was commanding him to record random games?), And finally his business. Everything is responsible for assuring his success but him. If he's not making enough money it's not because his content is bad but his fans are lazy. He blames everyone else. CS has traditionally been a weed out coursework. DSP is evidence it works. This is why there are millions of service desk IT monkeys who can't do shit but far fewer good programmers.
