(sorry for double post)

Holy shit, someone else on this cursed earth finally wondered about what these people are doing to their collagen (although she called it 'cartilage' by mistake and then corrected the subtitles but not the audio, which was annoying). I feel so seen.

These videos are great. The Annoyed TERF Medical Pathologist Lady is very informative.

Edit: Okay, this video is just amazing and is like the Video Mascot for this whole thread.

The video is both Epic and Depressing.
Insurance covering 600K+ neodongs, yet not covering blood derivatives to actually ill people.

Every day it passes, Aidens' voice becomes more clockable.

fellas is it cis to pop-sock ya guy?

She got confused by a certain old saying -- the sock goes on the *door*knob, not *your* knob.

See? The dysphoria is still there because she found so something else to become obsessed with. Now the fake dick doesn't have the right temperature and if that problem gets (somehow) solved (most likely not tho) she finds another part of her body that's problematic. There is no end because it's her mind that's ill and she tries to heal her mental illness by mangling body parts.

Just like the dude who made his shoulders narrower and now wants more surgeries.

These people try to copy the biology of the opposite sex without realizing that it's impossible. They think they need what can never ever have and they are convinced that multilation is the only solution. I would feel sorry for them if they weren't so vile and repulsive.

It amazes me the contortions doctors and activists are putting themselves through to separate this stuff as "True and Honest" vs. Body Integrity Identity Disorder (Archive) and general Body Dysmorphia Disorder (Archive).

Also, McRib's weird post-surgery proportions remind me of the ancient character models in Everquest 2...

Reddit user Theydystardust is back with an update to his rib removal with Dr Eppley
archive.md/xwTSt
<snip>

I went hunting for more on Barry Eppley of Indianapolis, Indiana as I don't see his name come up with regards to trans stuff often. He's quite the specimen -- MetroUK branded him "the world's most extreme plastic surgeon". (Archive) He's all over social media, including Twitter , Instagram , and Facebook. He also used to write articles for some site called "Ezinearticles" that seems to be trapped in 2007 or so. And if that's not enough web presence, he also trolls Realself to answer questions about plastic surgery posed by potential suckers insecure randos on the internet.

He seems to focus on custom implants in faces and deboning ribcages, but he doesn't limit himself to only that. He's got a video posted about shoulder reduction on his Instagram where he plays with bloody pieces he cut out of someone's clavicle while he talks. Real Sweeney Todd vibe there.

OwMyClavicle.JPG

And what he did to McRib previously was the kiddie meal version of that surgery -- he's famous for removing 6 ribs from batshit-crazy model Pixee Fox (Archive), so that she could achieve her dream of looking just like Jessica Rabbit (I am not making that up), even though that now means she needs to regularly wear a corset to keep her organs in place enough to not die (Archive). Credit to @Falling Star for spotting this story back in April originally, that post has some additional articles and video if you want even more.

Barcroft-Pictures-Of-The-Year-2015.jpg

In an interview, she compares herself to "transsexual people" because she, too, needed surgery to get her outside appearance to match how she sees herself -- and how hard it was to find someone who would do such an extreme process on her. In comes Dr. Barry Eppley around the 3 minute mark to talk about the surgery. It also includes a brief clip from during the surgery and immediately post-surgery. Not spoilering because it doesn't get mildly NSFW until past the 3 minute mark, unless you count the "surely this is shitty CGI" living Realdoll in motion to be NSFW/L (I wouldn't blame you if you do). As creepy as this stuff looks in still pics, it really doesn't get across the full "WTF" of seeing it move. I wonder how long until our McRib goes back to get more ribs and clavicle chunks removed?

Unsurprisingly, given how far he's willing to go, he has a list of complaints a mile long and is apparently known for trying to get them scrubbed. (Archive)

HeDoesTheWeirdStuff.JPG

"But that's a complaint site, it's not representative!" Don't worry, here's his WebMD profile. (Archive) He's got an overall 3.3 rating there -- to put that in perspective, that's worse than the discount butchers in Portland who are getting sued by 9 trannies in a class action I mentioned in a previous post. I really wish all those 1 star reviews that seem to predate full comments had them, I'd love to know those stories.

WebMD.JPG

He's also got a trail of litigation going back years, and not just being on the receiving end. He's the Eppley of Eppley v. Iacovelli -- a patient, Lucille Iacovelli, claimed he botched her surgery. It went back and forth for a while, and he eventually successfully sued her for defamation and got a restraining order against her as she was apparently crazy as hell. She appeared in an HBO documentary called "Plastic Disasters" and eventually committed suicide. (Archive) Actually useful reddit thread (Archive) on this one that's less of a slog than grinding through court docs for those who want the quick story, along with a few pics. (Note -- I didn't read through all the legal docs, so I have no personal opinion on this case. I've already put enough effort into this effortpost for the moment.)

With how huge this guy's footprint is (he turns up over in the Incels megathread for his stuff targeting them) I'm sure there's tons more out there for anyone who wants to keep looking around.

Forty fucking grand out of pocket (at least no insurance company covered it, small miracles)
View attachment 2636038
And the doctor has done <100 clavicle reductions. Eppley is another quack butcher. This surgery is bizarre and a waste of money.

Fascinating tidbit there about half of his family funding the surgery addiction/the other half trying to pull him back from the brink.
"he has taken more than a hundred ribs"
There must be an amusingly ironic biblical joke to be made here somehow.

I wonder if troons would be the kind of kids to flat out desperately copy other kids, like buying the exact same clothes as their classmate idol of the week.
The older AGPs actually do this. There's a reason a number of the 30+ one dress like teenage sluts from whatever decade they went to high school in. There was somebody in the Tranny Sideshow Thread who even posted a pic of the girl in high school they lusted over, and a side-by-side comparison showed how the guy was Buffalo-Billing it up copying her teen pictures even though he was in his 40's.

While this isn't the same gore as many posts, I was watching Dr Anthony Youn talk about what plastic surgery Brucey Kardashian has had and he remarked that his FFS was 10 hours!

Dr. Youn has said many times even in young, healthy patients he won't operate for more than 5-6 hours for even a reconstructive procedure.

Some quack put a 67 year old under for 10 hours for unnecessary surgery. Even in peak physical condition most doctors won't operate that long on a patient that age for a needed operation.

This is the girl from the children's hospital in Boston whose long complaint about complications I posted a few days back. I'm re-naming her Tentacle Dick, for obvious reasons. Butcher was Oren Ganor. (x)

tentacledick.jpgtentacle2.jpgtentacle3.jpgtentacle4.jpgtentacle5.jpg

This one is a finished product, and the owner has gone all dramatic-pose-and-filter to try to make it look cool. If you're attracted to men, squint a little and pretend the butterfly tattoos are a tribal pattern or something less fucking girly, and the chest might about pass, be attractive even. Looking down further just made me sad. It literally looks like someone stitched a hot dog to her crotch. And once you notice the flayed arm you won't stop staring at it. (archive)

This one is super interesting, as the person has posted pics of their urethral scope (she has a stricture). You can see the hair that has grown on the inside. (archive)

I'm your morbidly curious host TC, and this has been the r/phallo report.

Clicked the spoiler and burst out laughing. Tentacle Dick paid to get an artificial cheese wedge installed. The tentacle tattoos just highlight how bad it is, the way they just... stop... when they hit the stitch line.

If you thought just a flesh-roll made out of arm or leg skin was horrifying, you ain't heard the worst of it... yet.

May I present to you a new leg groundbreaking method to create a perma-hard hair bologna: the fibula free flap phalloplasty!

They basically take out a piece of your lower leg bone (yeah, it's not like we need those for walking or anything), stitch it into the faux-lus and attach it to the woman's pubic bone to create a very crude facsimile of a permanent erection.
The FFF Phalloplasty procedure is offered by the following surgeons:
I'm sure I have seen Kamol and Freet mentioned in this thread before, but I'm too lazy to search ATM.

Jesus Christ it's literally a Pizzle; an animal dick bone.

We're slowly creeping closer to artificial horse cocks. One deranged surgeon at a time.

This is deeply wrong on all levels, but wouldn’t it be also... counterproductive? You have bony dick (lol) that could literally break in half. Imagine a displaced dick fracture. I also doubt you could optimally penetrate a vagina with that.

"The person considering this type of Phalloplasty must also understand and accept the fact that the transplanted fibula bone may cause future problems such as breakage of the bone or instability and thus inability to use it for penetration"

"Furthermore, the rigid appearance of the phallus can be difficult to conceal and may be a source of embarrassment"

So you'll have a permanent boner, that is fragile & prone to breaking , which will leave you unable to have sex. Lol atleast these girls get the real male experience of erectile dysfunctional. Must be so validating. Lol

I really enjoyed the videos posted recently. She strikes me as someone who works in insurance- the kinds of questions she asks are very much the type of thing insurers are paid to think about. "how is this medically necessary?" is unfortunately more in the wheelhouse of insurers than a lot of physicians, since physicians can safely practice specialties that are explicitly unnecessary (cosmetic surgery). people who work in patient care often get caught up in just trying to do something for the person in front of them, as well. The distance she has from that provides more objectivity. She said something like "i still don't understand why these are separate surgeries." about phalloplasty but I do! It boils down to the procedure itself being a trainwreck for many reasons. In case anyone doesn't know, stage 1 is skin roll up, stage 2 is fake glans, stage 3 is erectile device (I have seen testicular implants/scrotoplasty being done in either stage 2 or 3 but its not really relevant here). Also for anyone new, the main complications for phalloplasty are (1) tissue death from lack of blood flow, and (2) wound separation.

The rate of failure for stage 1 is so fucking high, and usually that failure is a lack of blood supply happening at the terminal end of the neophallus. That is the same area where they try to fashion a glans looking thing in stage 2. It takes quite awhile to do either stage, and time under anesthesia compounds the risk of sudden death as the hours go by. So a surgeon can put a patient under twice after they are assured that the dick won't just rot off from lack of blood supply, or if some of the dick has necrotized & been removed they can start to try and fashion a glans at whatever length they know can be sustained by the vascularity of the graft. The extra weight incurred by concentrating tissue at the end of the neophallus would increase the rate of wound separation that happens at the point where the thing attaches to the mons pubis. We have seen in this thread how bad it is when the wound separation occurs at that incision, it seems very difficult to treat once it starts.

So they do 2 surgeries instead of one. Otherwise they are wasting a whole lot of time making a glans that is going to fail, and keeping a woman with a testosterone-poisoned cardiovascular system under anesthesia longer than they have to, when they *could* be instead maiming more aidens w/stage one for 90K.

erectile device is phase 3. If you try to insert an erectile device in a fresh frankendong it is going to put pressure on parts that are trying to scar, and possibly make it more difficult for blood to be forced through the vessels contained within the flap. Pressure of any sort, even gravity + an erectile device, can prevent blood flow if the vessels are small enough and the patient's blood pressure is low enough. The deathy pallor of these weens compared to the living flesh they are attached to is creepy, it doesn't take much to compromise something that fragile. There are already many reports of wound separation even without the additional pull of a device. So stage one is out for putting in a device.

As for combining stage 2 & 3-I assume the surgeons want fairly mature scars to have formed in the "glans" before they stick anything in there that is hard or can become hard. There are reports of erectile devices eroding through the neophallus. It seems likely to me that if the device eroded through part of the "glans" but not completely, it would be cemented into place via scarring and would have to be removed, may possibly destroy the entire thing since there would now be scar shaped like a malpositioned erectile device, who the fuck knows what the scars would do afterwards? scars can soften, contract, and (less commonly) expand. All you can do is wait and see what any specific scar will do, though they all become very tough and fibrous. It would be easier for a device to erode while it is healing from phase one or two.

so while these surgeries are extremely unethical to begin with, it does make sense to wait to do each stage since establishing adequate bloodflow and then mature scarring increases the possibility of "successful" subsequent surgeries. These surgeons need some successful cases to sell the rest of the unfortunate pack of mentally ill women on doing this to their bodies.

Why is this legal? I know some posters in this thread think doctors should be allowed to do whatever patients want, but I don’t.

holy fuck, that’s horrifying- the photo they use even, the leg looks like some kind of kids leg but with a huge foot? like whose leg is that?

i assume it could only point downwards so as not to be pitching a lifelong tent, so the angle your have to go at- and then it says it’s unstable and “may not be able to be used for penetration”!?
so you’ve got a permo hard bone dick, hobbling around on your matchstick leg.. fucking what?

1993.. so it’s not terribly common.
they also state it will likely need lypo to shrink it and will need to be shaved.
imagine if your circumstances changed or you went into (the very commonly mentioned- for troon surgeries) “post surgical depression” and couldn’t get anything more done, you’d be left with a huge, monster 15 inch girth permanently hard hairy dick.
dysphoria reduction could so obviously be done with socio-psychological placebos and yet we are letting these creepo surgeons take the lead on.

I would be interested to know, if anyone could tell me, from their observations/experience or better yet, studies, wether we are getting peak troon in english speaking countries because of the social contagion in our media-
and if they have the same(amount of new troonage, amount of troonmedia saturation), or if they have less of one and subsequently the following?

Edit-
just realised bionicle dick is POST lypo, god only knows what it must have been before. surely going so big is going to magnify the potential for all the complications?
as well as take a huge lump of “donor tissue”?
aside from being monstrous and even less like a T&H cock.

tentacle dick posting about how happy they are with their nub attached to their massive gunt, despite actually being pretty sad about the fact they can’t yet ‘STP’ and have to wearing nappies because of the ‘ constant dripping’ BUT will get a head attached soon maybe, and maybe be able ‘to STP’ if things look good. which i’m assuming they won’t. cos there’s an ‘unrelated fistula’
it never seems to happen that once there’s problems, the problems get solved. All the videos that TT follows just seem to get worse and worse and worse as Aidens faces get more and more drawn, then no more uploads.
The arm is an absolute state too.
Why would you do this when you could make leaps and bounds by not being a fat guy? fat aidens always look way more feminine just like bearded ladies really.
there’s a ton of stuff that could be done before this, and losing a load of weight could surely only help avoid complications with this?
but yeah you’ve got to do that yourself, haven’t you.

Gross fucked up nipple:

ew gross.jpg

My favourite part about this isn't the dying nipple, which is pretty tame by the standards of the thread, but rather all the sad comments from other ftm troons being like 'nice nips, man', or 'looks good bro'. They're very deliberately calling the OP 'man' or 'guy' or 'dude', and it comes across as very weird and unnatural, like a bunch of bad actors trying to improv. These girls clearly don't spend a lot of time about real men, because I don't know any actual men who talk like this to one another.

It's labelled as a mastectomy rather than top surgery, but one look at those sparse chest hairs and you know what's up.

Someone paid a lot of money hoping he would die on the table.

I used to sit on a hospital medical ethics board and i often reflect on that time when reading this thread.

Who or what sets the boundaries for experimental treatment?

The Helen Webberley tribunal answered that question, to my horror. Despite the regulatory system in the UK, a doctor's standard of care is measured against their peers.

Did they fall below the standard of a good doctor treating patients with the relevent laws and codes of practice, is essentially what they ask when assessing fitness to practice.

In the UK its generally correct to presume that a doctor can be measured against the NHS standard.

But what if the NHS falls behind, as it has done with troon treatment?

A doctor in private practice, like Webberley, can define for themselves what the standard is. She said she was a specialist in transgender healthcare. All areas of it. Despite being only trained as a GP who, while experts in their own right, their specialism is to not specialise.

So Webberley called on a strange group of doctors from UK and abroad, whose evidence was impossible to refute. But it also meant that any expert called on by the GMC could be discredited within minutes because the standard was set by Webberley.

So if a doctors treatment doesnt meet the threshold of criminality, which it would rarely do but even if it did the UK is totally unable to prosecute successfully, then doctors can do almost anything if they play the system correctly.

Having heard the evidence at the tribunal i am totally persuaded that Webberley should be acquitted. The NHS created these intensely distressed kids by failing to build the evidence opposing intervention soon enough. I

It was inevitable that eventually the insane parents of these kids would find a doctor without the strength of character to know that sometimes short term distress caused by saying no is the kindest thing to do.

I wrote more than i had intended but this thread got me thinking, and KF is about the only place on earth where any of this can be said without being summonsed to the international criminal court for literal genocide.
