Totally agree. I hope I'm wrong but I doubt the strata will step up to the plate and do something. It's clearly racially motivated, to me. Being publicly labelled a racist by BCHRT has done nothing.

Time this arsehole was put out of everyone's misery.

So he admits he knows the non white immigrant employee (from a group that he has already been ajldjudicated as racist against) and he ad.its she retreats into a corner with security cam when confronted by his uncontrolled dog. He's there on camera terrorizing this strata employee, and threatening to sue her for it.

Appreciate yaniv's dog wasn't noticeably aggressive, the point being that Kamal could have feared being bitten/attacked. Plus yaniv clearly demonstrated he had no control over his dog and/or made no attempt to control the dog's behaviour. I'd like to think Kamal would have a good argument if she were in the UK.

He has filmed himself committing criminal assault (yes, all the elements of common law criminal assault are present) and posted the results on twitter for all the world to see. But police departments DO NOT CARE about posts on their twitter feed--if they even bother to read them. If the victim would get hold of Langley police and file a complaint attaching (or referencing) the video and associated posts in question, I can virtually guarantee you that our Fat Pedo King WOULD BE ARRESTED FOR CRIMINAL ASSAULT.

But I cannot do anything from here--anything other than laughing is just howling at the moon. If someone local wanted to finally DO SOMETHING to end this, they could--but it would take contacting the victim and/or her employer (the Strata as I understand it) and persuading her/them to file a complaint.

No doubt I am about to be lambasted for "pozloading my neghole" -- and that's ok.

I bet the recent Telus worker had to put up with much more as I can't see yaniv leashing his dog when in his flat. I wish, in a tiny way, yaniv lived in the UK as he wouldn't get away with this shit...our law states that even in the comfort of your own home you can still get done for a dog-related incident. afaik workers can refuse to enter/work in premises (commercial/private) where a dog is not kept away from the work area.

My sentiments exactly.

The only time you see yaniv being aggressive with blokes is when his mother is shielding him, police are around him, online behind his screen, annonymously on the phone/online or he's hiding in an underground parking lot. Never a one-on-one face-to-face confrontation.

Are we to hear of another sexual assault or suicide attempt revelation, that's his usual go to.

I don't think it was the dog (per se) she was afraid of.

Don't forget this guy weighs 400 pounds and is VERY aggressive. Just because we (many of us) are large reasonably tough guys who could laugh this sort of thing off--well imagine being a 100 pound female being cornered by this monster.

I agree with those who are saying this has gone far enough--I don't feel right just laughing at this any more but I don't know what to (can't?) do.

Like I said she could have been, she was certainly keeping her eyes on that dog, makes me wonder what she's had to put up with previously. Who knows how often that dog has been off the leash when his camera was not on. I don't hold with people saying "but it's just a puppy". Folks have the right to go about their daily business and feel safe. If the strata don't intervene on this then they should hang their heads in shame.

Of course he's using his size and aggression to frighten her, that's what abusers do. Speak to any abused victim and they'll tell you he's displaying all the signs. He claimed she's always down there so it's plain as day his appearance was deliberate, he sought her out imo, he knows what he's doing and she's just the latest victim. The dog is just another weapon to frighten folks believing he has the full force of the law behind him.

I can laugh at his stupidity like everyone else but this is malicious and not entertaining in the least. The day someone takes the smirk off his face can't come soon enough for me...I just hope there's a camera about that day.
