Not always. Some people simply hide their face for privacy reasons. I don't consider myself unattractive nor do people I know yet I'm not fond of posting myself online. Just basic infosec I guess.
Really I think it has more to do with just what kind of "eceleb" he is even if he is ugly. I don't really think there's a lot of artists out there making fucking loli, bestiality, gore and shock content and images that do reveal their faces, because they don't want to be recognized for that online history in public.

But he proved me wrong with those golden "2012/13, thanks" tweets, as if saying that will convince everyone that he's shredded now. Even funnier is that he will then go on to post a pic like below, and he's either too high or too drunk to realize that it shows he has not changed one bit. He still looks like Dhalsim and Lanky Kong's lovechild doing an impression of a school shooter.
