"it's not a sponsored stream because if it was, I'd have told you" Why should i believe you? Even if it wasn't you, people have every reason to attempt to hide money. You could (and should) have just said that it wasn't a sponsored stream and that is the end of it. Instead the droning on just places more suspicion on your claim.

This stream had inspired me to come up with a new game concept: Ebeggar Simulator 2022.
You go on a YouTube knockoff and beg for money, but there’s a virtual gacha game as a side game. You can use the in game currency you get to upgrade your ebegging scam or buy more and more condos. But the win condition is to be the best at the gacha side game, which would intentionally be made into an impossible task.

How about another game mechanic where your character has to jerk off in between streams but you have to remember to turn your camera off each time or else you'll stream yourself jacking off live on the internet.

one person says “phil this low-effort lolrandum stream sucks” and tomorrow he has all the excuse he needs to keep playing nothing but AAA releases and complaining about how no one watches him or cares about AAA releases.

especially funny because it’s a lot of effort just to get one over on people who might not even say anything and even if they do he ultimately doesn’t care, will ban them, and continue to receive money from the same stable of fifteen retards.

this is all just to salve his ego and i’m very impressed but not at all surprised that the one time he shows any foresight is so he can set up a gotcha moment when people tell him his content is boring.

Of course! In the game, the harder you beg, the less relevant you become. So by jerking off on stream, you gain infamy and relevancy, but just enough to not enter into a fail state. There will also be a bankruptcy mechanic as you chase that sweet, sweet gacha rush.

DSP on the prestream was almost becoming self aware - he said From Software games always got high viewship, and he always sucked on the first playthrough (and the subsequent playthroughs but let's gloss over that). The same for the GTA game series, he admits it's one of the most popular series he plays - even though he is bad at them quite often. I thought this meant he might play a proper game on this 'surprise stream'.

People have been telling him for a very long time now that he needs to stop with the piss easy childrens games and play games with some challenge, his niche is being laughed at for being bad at video games. Unfortunately for Philly he can't balance that with his ego so he relegates his viewers to walking simulators.
