Wuhan Coronavirus: Megathread - Got too big

If poor people learned how to make decent meals out of rice and peas and not waste money on frozen dinners and fast food they'd save endless amounts of money over the course of their lives.
say what you will about tim pool but he's mentioned before that when he moved to seattle without any money or job he managed to only spend like $1-$2 per meal by getting stuff like fresh produce iirc

They need to harden up.
We used to hike five miles to school, barefoot, and forage/hunt for our food.
you think thats bad. my neighbors used to regale us with tales about being forced to go to camp and fight bears and eagles, and their roller coasters would end with some of them being thrown in ovens and how their blood would catch fire and how they'd be tricked by the staff to shove guns in holes and pull the trigger but the hole just forced the gun back at them (like in those looney tunes docs) and how some of their campmates were skinned and used as lampshades and they would be forced into machines that would masturbate them sometimes even to death (as everyone knows masturbating at least 2x per day kills you) and despite what the photos say, their camps didn't have swimming pools or bands or theaters but were entirely about working everyone to death. and they forced everyone to shave their hair, not because of a lice outbreak but because they wanted to humiliate everyone

Yeah, but based on what we saw from that nursing reddit, I'd almost not trust them to give it to me.

"I want COVI-VAC. I only consent to COVI-VAC. I don't want any of that mRNA shit."

"Sure thing Cletus, whatever you say. Double dose of Phizer coming up!"
You shouldn't trust them. Back when the H1N1 / flu virus combo shot was being given, I was asked if I wanted my flu shot. Normally, I say yes -- but I didn't trust the H1N1 part of it and asked, point blank, if it was the H1N1 combo version. I told the nurse I didn't want that. Nurse says that it is just a regular flu shot. Shame on me for not forcing her to show me the vial, but she actually gave me the combo shot (because it was in my medical records when I requested them).

I ended up getting swollen lymph nodes which I attributed to the vaccine, but they wouldn't go away so I got it checked out. Doctor told me it couldn't be the vax because he's never seen that happen. Several months later -- after an urgent mammogram and a biopsy of the nodes -- everyone finally concludes that it was just a reaction to the vaccine. Ever since then, my immune system has been fucked up. I've developed a bunch of allergies and intolerances (can't drink alcohol anymore, allergic to sunscreen, allergic to a bunch of food items) and I've battled fatigue of "unknown" origin ever since. I stopped getting the flu shot (and, ironically, also stopped getting the flu) ever since.

As far as I know, my case was never reported the VAERS. And actual doctors concluded it was a vaccine side effect. That's why I don't trust that the VAERS offers a true picture of what is going on. Sure, lots of regular people are reporting their own stuff, but the people looking at this data to find patterns are just going to ignore every single one of those. If a doctor didn't fill it out, it will be discarded.

Despite all this, I still got the fucking covid shot. Why? Because even knowing my vaccine history and me being genuinely worried that this shot might kill me, everyone pressured me to get it. I was being "paranoid". I got it hoping it would kill me because not one person was concerned about my medical health. They were concerned I might get covid and pass it to them. I guess they were right that it wouldn't kill me ... at least so far.

about the mixing vaccines for boosters thing:
last february or march my mom made me watch an hour-long cornell (her alma mater) virologist q&a stream about the vaccines and they specifically said mixing vaccines could cause serious side effects. i don't see why they'd bother lying about that in particular so this should be interesting

Sounds like a decent reason to not get the shot, at least for me. "If you don't need the medicine, don't take it," it's as simple as that and I refuse to budge from that logic. When they start fucking around with your immune system, who knows what might happen. Anyone saying "oh, the virus can do that too" is either ignorant or disingenuous given the vaccine causes negative side effects at a higher rate than the virus in younger people. Too bad people are going to be killing and crippling their kids over this nonsense, so now I feel even worse for those kids with crazy left-wing parents, the sort of kids who along with their mother are the only people in the store wearing a mask.

Well, you've already been fucked up by the H1N1 vaxx, what's another shitty vaxx gonna do, right?

NYPD, FDNY unions say they’ll fight back against city’s vaccine mandate

New York City’s vaccine mandate has expanded to include the NYPD and the FDNY, a move that has angered unions for both departments.

Mayor Bill de Blasio says if workers don’t get vaccinated by the deadline of Oct. 29 they will be placed on leave without pay.

The Police Benevolence Association says it will seek legal action to protect the rights of officers, saying: “From the beginning of the de Blasio administration’s hap-hazard vaccine rollout, we have fought to make the vaccine available to every member who choose it while also protecting their right to make that personal medical decision in consultation with their doctor. Now that the city has moved to unilaterally imposed a mandate, we will proceed with legal action to protect our members’ rights.”

The president of the Uniformed Firefighters Association Andrew Ansboro says he fears for public safety because he believes the FDNY will have trouble operating with the amount of firefighters that will be sent home.

Long Islanders are on the fence about bringing a similar mandate for Nassau and Suffolk County police and firefighters.

“The only part of me that’s 50/50 is I don’t feel it’s OK to force people to do something, I just like it’s my responsibility,” says Syosset resident Jane Borgardt. “I just feel like it’s my responsibility like no one forced me to get vaccinated, but I just feel like it’s my responsibility as a parent.”

All city workers will be required to have at least one dose of a vaccine by 5 p.m. on Oct. 29.

The city is offering a $500 incentive to workers to get the first dose of a vaccine.

Friendly reminder that the NYPD ( and any other zog-enforcement agency ) were and still are perfectly happy to enforce whatever edict they were presented with against the niggercattle.

A toast to any and all of them ending up on the wrong side of a fentanyl overdose.

UK Covid surveillance report and the higher incidence of Covid infection among the double jabbed continues to accelerate

All vaccinated age groups over 30 are now showing higher incidence of Covid infection. A 2 to 3 times higher incidence per 100,000 population

Now the good part

Prevalence of N-antibodies continue to flat-line despite rampant Covid infection. A slight uptick in the relatively non vaxxed younger aged groups only.

Older age groups have a) higher overall vaccination rates b) overall lower n-antibody titres c) show no growth in n-antibody titres. Remember vaccinated adults are now at far higher risk of contracting Covid than the unvaccinated. This should not be happening.

recent observations from UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) surveillance data that N antibody levels appear to be lower in individuals who acquire infection following 2 doses of vaccination.

Well there you have it. They've now admitted that the naive double jabbed do not have robust n-antibody response when challenged by the virus. OAS has been confirmed.

The vaccines are destroying innate immunity to Covid.

Should be an interesting winter in the UK.

Poor people are already poor. Poor people want a nice and tasty meal, that stimulates dopamine release, not a bland (but arguably nutritious) dish, it's not like poor people have more opportunities to make their lives more cheerful.

I live on less than 45k a year. I just don't have exceptional expenses and know how to exist within my means.
4000 USD/month eh? You're deffo not poor. Even if you have 3000 a month, you're not poor.

I work a part-time job from home that I got with zero formal qualifications. How the fuck can you even make less than that if you're not deliberately being lazy? I'm deliberately lazy, and I'm still making this much. I could easily make three times as much. The only reason I don't is that it is objectively more trouble than it's worth.

That's like 2500 a month after federal, state, and local taxes. That's pretty damn close to poor if you aren't living at home. That doesn't even cover my mortgage.

I'm not entirely sure why you feel the need to defend yourself. All I say is that you're a tone-deaf accelerationist, who's bored of his life. Maybe you should actually try to make 3 times as much, instead of wishing for the world to burn.

For a single person, it's enough to comfortably live (provided you live within your means), unless you're in NY or SF.

So yeah, not poor.

Maybe you should actually prepare for real life instead of vapidly consooming like an idiot and wondering at the end of the day why you can't afford enough food to make it through the week while subscribed to four consoomer subscription services, eating out every night at Foodplace[TM] and renting every gadget you own at eight times the price of just buying one a year older that doesn't give you a consoomer erection whenever you hear the sound of a new update downloading.

See, here's the thing: I didn't make an assumption about you based on my hurt feelings. I've only made an assumption based on what you wrote.

You, on the other hand, are butthurt.

Poor people don't really have the funds to buy a new gadget every year and eat out. Or are you projecting? 'cause it sounds like you have someone specific in mind.

Besides, begrudging people for indulging in consumerism to colour their dreary lives just stinks of autistic elitism. Spoken like someone who has never endured hardship in his life, to be fair.

You must live in a very strange place then.
Or maybe I know what poor people are actually like, instead of people who mismanage their funds and/or are depressed so that they numb their pain with everything you have described.

Anyway, wishing for the system to burn just because you're bored just reeks of middle-class accelerationism.
