Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

Didn't CNN publish a poll not long ago saying Biden was at 50% approval? Someone's boss is probably mad right now.

I'm surprised they can't agree on a made up number to try and bullshit us on

Let's talk about that belt and road initiative that they're so proud of, China develops something for a nation that can't afford it & then take it back as collateral. Everyone assumed that once the Taliban resumed power in Afghanistan that the Taliban would become China's new proxy government & army, right? Wrong, the Taliban ripped them off to the tune of eighty some-odd billion dollars & refuse to fight on their behalf.

Insane that the Taliban might have done a massive favor to the world by cucking china like this. China blew their load bribing Biden to gift them this and they only lost more from it. While they're fucked in a bunch of other ways as detailed in your post

Whoops, Psaki got in trouble.

Psaki promises 'to choose my words more carefully' following Hatch Act violation complaint

Psaki said from the White House podium that Biden wants Terry McAuliffe to be Virginia governor

White House press secretary Jen Psaki promised to "choose my words more carefully" following a Friday complaint from Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW), which claimed she apparently violated the Hatch Act.

In the complaint, the nonpartisan non-profit U.S. government ethics and accountability watchdog group called on the Office of Special Counsel to investigate Psaki for comments she made from the White House podium Thursday regarding the Virginia gubernatorial campaign.

In response to the complaint, Psaki told Fox News, "While the president has publicly expressed his support for McAuliffe, we’ll leave it to the press and the campaign to provide commentary on the race. I take ethics very seriously and will choose my words more carefully moving forward."

In the comments CREW took issue with, Psaki responded to a question about the Virginia gubernatorial race by first acknowledging she had "to be a little careful about how much political analysis I do" from the podium. She then went on to say, "Look, I think the president, of course, wants former Governor McAuliffe to be the future governor of Virginia.

"There is alignment on a lot of their agenda, whether it is the need to invest in rebuilding our roads, rails, and bridges, or making it easier for women to rejoin the workforce," she continued.

She later added, "We’re going to do everything we can to help former Governor McAuliffe, and we believe in the agenda he’s representing."

CREW said that Psaki's comments appeared to have violated the Hatch Act, which forbids officials from using their "official authority or influence for the purpose of interfering with or affecting the result of an election."

Noting how there was "no question" Psaki made her remarks while speaking in her official capacity, CREW said, "By mixing official government business with support of a candidate for partisan political office in the weeks before the election and engaging in political activity while on duty, Ms. Psaki appears to have used her official authority or influence for the purpose of interfering with or affecting the result of an election, political activity that is prohibited by law."

CREW repeatedly issued complaints regarding apparent Hatch Act violations during the Trump administration.

I wonder what parallels could be drawn between the Dems and Labour over in Britain. Labour, for reference, has been an absolute dumpster fire since their last election. Not sure where I heard it but someone once said that Britain is 5 years ahead of America politically, and if so that's a pretty good sign for the GOP.

I've heard he's actually even lower than that, apparently 36-37%.

Why did the GOP bother with the Catholic vote is a mystery, given that majority of them are in name only and most would admit it themselves.
Bro, I'm Catholic. And though I'm in a red state, it is rare for me to find a practicing Catholic that votes Democrat, given the latter's open embrace of degeneracy.

But to answer your question: the abortion issue. White Catholics have been trending towards the GOP in recent decades. About 75% of Catholic priests vote Republican these days.
The big name political Catholics are all in the Democratic Party.
There's a chunk of Catholic boomers who think the Dems are still the party of JFK. Catholics are about half-and-half politically.

Some bishops openly simp for Dems, others will openly rebuke them.

Joey's "patience is wearing thin". Please...OUR patience is just about gone.

The people you know and interact with don't determine the overall trend. Using myself as an example, I'm an Israeli American who spends a ton of time around other Israeli Americans and Orthodox Jews. I know only one person who voted for Joe Biden and that's because she was a tds suffering college student who initially wanted Pete Buttigieg to win. Other than that, all die hard trump supporters but when the numbers came out, 80 percent of Jews voted for Biden. The Orthodox and Israeli expats were shown to have overwhelmingly voted for Trump but their number was so small it didn't do much against the greater ethnoreligious population.

Like I said before the Catholic channel is one of the few news sources that criticizes The democrats and were openly pro-Trump and even interviewed alot of his administration members. The reporter who confronted Paski on Biden's stance on abortion on the first day of the administration was the channel's pro-life weekly anchor's reporter.

I belive I saw somewhere that the Catholic vote is actually a 50/50 split.

According to Quinnipac and Rasmussen, yes. Most other polls that aren't from big media (like CNN, but excluding CNBC apparently) have him at 40%, 41%, somewhere around there. IMO what's more important is not that his ratings sink even further, but that they continue to stay here. The longer his approval ratings are in the shitter the more it reinforces the feeling among independents and regretful Dems that Joe Biden is useless and his party is doing nothing.

It doesn't really have much room to fall any further, anyways. Biden has pretty much an unbreakable wall of support somewhere around 30% to 35%, so we've essentially bottomed out already. For now.

Divorce is still possible, civil war would only make it likelier. California (and the wider left) is like a greedy man who attempts to grab the pile of gold, only for most of it to slip through his fingers.

The left is in a civil war already according to some. Imagine how insane it would be when the marxists start putting guns to the back of liberal heads and eventually each other.

Bodies are what make civilization possible. The man who does his one job and does it good enough to get by. Nobody can do his job, when he and everyone else has been conscripted into the local antifa brigade or Proud boy detachment.

Most people throughout civil wars or revolutions aren't hardened zealote. Alot are, but most aren't gonna push for conquering the neighboring county no matter how chud it is, when there is no running water or food. Their gonna turn to whoever says they can fix that. And those people, weather they can or can't fix the people's problems, are gonna coup the zealots.

Their gonna murder the zealots simply to rule over their bit of the rubble. Armies march on their stomachs and people support regimes so long as there is bread.

In other thoughts, Lets Go Brandon!
It reminds me of the southern rebellions that started to happen towards the end of the civil war.

There's just no way California or whoever can maintain control and unity over its people in a serious conflict, that robs them of bread and circuses

I love how you have CNN trieding to avoid getting him a lower approval than Trump. Becuase if he hits say 30% is pretty much ruins lefties talking point about "how Trump was one of the most unlikable President's in history"

I keep asking myself how the Democrats keep being able to pull this shit.

They promise the moon and the stars, people fall for it, everything falls to shit, and yet they don't get blamed for it. I look at New York, Chicago, Detroit, California, Portland, Baltimore, and other Democrat areas and THEY SUCK! And worst of all, they keep getting worse! And yet...nothing happens to them and they get to claim moral superiority and win most elections in those areas. Its just baffling to me, and any conspiracy about election fraud or rigging of elections makes sense because why the fuck would people continuously vote for this? They take your tax money in large amounts, you don't see any of go anywhere to help where you live, and things keep getting worse! At what point do people just throw their hands up and at least admit the Democrats are useless?

CNN polling is an absolute joke, but few know how bad it actually is.

CNN first ditched thier pollster for 25 years, ORS, in 2017 because they were "too pro-Trump." This is why when you search "CNN ORS poll", you get only results from 2016 to very early 2017. They hired SSRS, which has been monumentously worse with higher biases, but as long as they fudged the numbers as asked, it didn't matter.

That poll with Biden at 50% was done with a "new methodology", meaning they had to come up with a whole new form of mathematical mental gymnastics to create that 50% approval. That poll also was D+6 and had COOF still at 40% in the "most important issue" section, signaling a massive oversample of left wing Independents to pump Biden's shit approval percentage.

It's a cult at this point. They support the party because to do otherwise makes you a bad person. What's funny is they think it's Republicans who are in a cult, when If you poll the average Republican they will happily tell you how much they hate their party. Sadly they always seem to like their specific candidate so no change occurs.

Exactly. We will simply no longer be the biggest bastard on a global stage. I can accept this, so long as we address our issues at home and ensure we are not pushed into irrelevance with this "Managed decline" bullshit.
Honestly, let the rest of the world deal with their own issues. America has size and geography on its side - even if there WERE a world power that is openly hostile to America and intent on invading the American mainland (which, no, China and Russia have zero interest in doing), they’re gonna have a hell of a time trying.

America has played world police for too long, and has gotten little thanks for it. Let’s see the rest of the world play without America’s aid for a half a century or so.
I welcome the US's return to being more of an isolationist state. We don't need to completely cut ourselves off from the world, but a return to "The sleeping giant" where we focus on our own issues at home and not gender studies in Pakistan is a future I can get behind. Let the rest of the world deal with their own issues.
