I think Ripley does fall more into the HSTS category than AGP. He’s a gay man, and doesn’t act all lusty like the AGPs. I’ve never seen him talk about being a hot bimbo slut. Being pretty or good at pretending to be a woman is not necessarily to be classified as a HSTS. It also might explain his obsession with PPV, he needs the vaginoplasty to validate him but gay men like their dicks.
Btw the way he uses his made up intersex condition (at most he has an extremely minor one) to prop up his fetish is so fucking gross and disrespectful to actual intersex people, none of whom are hermaphrodites (there’s a condition called true hermaphroditism but that’s just having one mixed up set). No one has ever been born with both sets of genitals, it’s just a fantasy. Even just conflating trans/non-binary with intersex is damaging to their community and can negatively affect their healthcare. I once watched an interview of a girl with Turner syndrome (a condition that only occurs in females) who identified as agender or smth bc someone convinced her missing a chromosome means she has no sex.
