There are a non-insignificant number of women who think we pee out of our vaginas. Telling them males can have can have uteruses and ‘degendering’ physiology does nothing to help them realize we have three hole down there.
I remember a survey from quite sometime ago that reported nearly 50% of American women don’t know what a cervix is. I’m sure telling them anyone could have a cervix helps them understand their own reproductive anatomy.

People tend find sex and body functions to be awkward topics so any extra hurdle can send them away. It's horrible that we need sex education that erases transpeople but many people find inclusive language so confusing that it prevents them from learning. "People with cervixes" doesn't mean anything if don't know what a cervix is and what sort of people have them.
Why don't you just explain trans inclusive terms instead of not using them?
Because it adds the learning load and makes the text longer. With sexual health and body functions there are already many new and complex terms to learn. This is especially true to none native speakers so we try avoid adding more than necessary. This means using the most common words and the most common understanding of words, like woman is an adult human female only and only men have penises. We undeserved that's not what everyone prefers, but really does help others to learn.

Sometimes yes and sometimes no. Even some trans people find trans inclusive language confusing and prefer our plain and simple approach. Trans inclusive language is quite new and so vocabulary is far from having solid and well defined understanding. New term pop up constantly and hard to keep up with even if they are more inclusive and gentle on identity. Still if our language use doesn't work for you, there are many trans inclusive and trans aimed sex education sites and we recommend you to look for one that is right for you and your feelings.

I am not sure how I feel about someone like this. On the one hand, he’s clearly a retard, and if a retard wants to dress up and say they’re a girl then maybe it is better to indulge them, like you would with a child or a dementia patient. I don’t mean actual TRA legal/medical stuff, but if he wants to have “female” written on his hospital bracelet just write a note in his chart and roll your eyes and do it, nudge nudge wink wink. On the other hand, giving someone like him hormones seems extremely medically irresponsible.
