My daughter invited her friends from pre-school to watch the evil "man wears dress" horse episode at our house when it aired. They all seemed to really enjoy it.

I guess it is a shame I'm a terrible parent and didn't give a lecture about gender roles to my daughter and her friends after they watched it.

But given her weenish past its not surprising she takes a joke and makes it a vendetta.

In the case when it's bad, it's because a villain was actively taking away talents from horses. So if one was good at baking, they'd be brought down to be as bad as everyone else. And the villain kept their buttmark so they were basically bringing everyone else below them.

In the last ep, they just turned out to good at similar things. It's not like other horses that are related and/or really good buddies don't have extremely similar marks. Given one of the ones she got so "OMGTRIGGURED" over has a similar mark to his sister, you think she'd notice that.

But I suppose the real trigger this time was

The fact that a good part of that ep involved a screeching, petty, jealous, privileged brat actually wanting to better herself instead of being a shit that nobody likes. I mean Cuto is at least three of those things, if not all of them... minus the bettering part.
