I feel conflicted because I liked Adam before so this video is almost like catching up with someone you used to know but... He did some nasty shit and he doesn't seem sincere when talking about it.

He literally says the reason he's making this video is because he made something he wants to share but he couldn't just pop up out of nowhere like "Here's this thing I made!" He puts all the focus on himself; "A year ago MY life imploded due to my own poor choices that hurt MYSELF and the people who I love and care about the most." He talks about how he was struggling with something he didn't understand and that he needed help, which is true but he's being so vague about it. To me, he's not actually acknowledging what he did wrong so it doesn't seem like he's actually sorry.

Also I forgot that he ditched his wedding band in favor of a tattoo on his ring finger, bet he's regretting that now. I hope Jess didn't get one too.
