On further review, Ame was correct that Gura hadn't said anything about Kiara being decapitated when she reported the body; it was Ina who said it. On the other hand, it's not really "changing her story," since it wasn't a detail that conflicted with the prior description.

To my knowledge, she hasn't moved yet. She's been trying for a while but hasn't had any luck with finding any other places so far. But she is still working on the portable-home bus project thing.

Also, I'm pretty sure that when Pippa refers to "neighbors" on-stream, she's actually just referring to the room/housemates. I pointed out this suspicion of mine a bit ago:

I've always felt like this medium shouldn't be relegated to just anime standard waifu territory and shit like this is really refreshing even if it still the same core concept

I don't normally point out indie VTubers in this thread, but this one has an interesting enough idea that I feel I should. I found this VTuber with a Windows 95 aesthetic and a low poly style model (think PS1 or N64 graphics) called Poly Alphanet. Her debut is a slideshow done in an ancient version of Microsoft Powerpoint. The glitchy voice could get a bit grating, and she seems a bit awkward on her debut, but it's an interesting idea coming from a scene that is usually low effort and I think it deserves attention.

And on the topic of rice, a rice cooker is something you can use without a kitchen to cook decent meals. Just add rice, water and then any food you want cooked. If you just want to warm up something to go along with the rice, you can put it into the rice cooker after it's done cooking and wait a few minutes. You can also just add a raw egg and soy sauce.

Mail is accepted, but pretty much anything else not. From consumables to electronics, those items had to be forbidden from being sent for a variety of reasons, including tracking devices. IIRC, there is a possibility for more stuff to be acceptable again in the future, but probably they would have to have people checking stuff.
