Ultimately even Sheeran himself doesn't have a choice. The UK press has gone absolutely psycho on any celebrity who has been seen to be breaking even the lightest form of covid restrictions. Rita Ora, Stormzy, and various Premier League footballers have been the recipients of previous outrage. Ed may well be privately thinking "I'm fine, this is bullshit" but the hassle of kicking up a fuss just makes it not worth it. Sit down, buckle up, pig out, and bang out some lazy Zoom performances on BBC Breakfast until the meaningless quarantine period is over. Not a bad deal really.

This segment aired on SKY News this week on the latest COVID outbreak in England.

Academy Principal Tarun Kapur joined SKY to discuss the current situation at the Manchester schools. Kapur told SKY News that the people are glad to wear masks because it brings “a sense of security” to the staff and students (?)

Then Tarun Kapur dropped this bomb. There are 30 kids out after testing positive for coronavirus. And at the same time there are 14 students out suffering side effects from the vaccine.

And he said this with a straight face and no hint of the danger he is putting children through at the academy.

Kapur does not seem to understand the seriousness of what he just told the audience.

He has half as many out for vaccine side effects as the COVID virus and this does not strike him as odd?

Here it's called the Services Australia Covid-19 Digital Certificate. Just rolls off the tongue doesn't it? It was first brought in as a way for Aussies to travel to other countries. Honest there's no way you'll be made to carry one here, just other places want to see proof of vaccination so this will be a help. Oh what's that? We were lying? Yes.

The insularity of the scientific community is, in itself, shocking. Think about how easy they would be to manipulate by the people pulling the strings, waving around grant money. It's an inherently corruptible system.

It’s not just insulated from outside either. They insulate between each other to a heavy extent. Because science is so heavily specialized, researchers often have very little to say to each other normally and getting the right research team can be surprisingly difficult because nobody really ever thinks to look outside of the box to grab somebody else who can help (I.e molecular biology researchers running into a bind until they grab a chemist who can offer alternative solutions and speed up progress by 6 months).

Trust in the government has generally increased over this nonsense globally. My guess is it's polarized the entire world, where people who already didn't trust the government trust it somehow even less and people who were neutral/already trusting trust it even more. It's incredibly fucked that at most, maybe 15-20% of people in any given place are staunchly against this nonsense. A number like that is only useful if concentrated in one place (i.e. red states in the US or rural parts of purple states) or if that number has some serious force behind them and no one has decided to match the elite's accelerationism with their own accelerationism and string up some politicians and "public health" bureaucrats.

Enough murders and beheadings would be enough to make all of these measures toothless since no one from cops to businesses would enforce them because they want to go home to their families, just like how no one enforces the law on Muslims in Europe or blacks in some cities. This is not an encouragement to violence, it's just an explanation of how anarcho-tyranny works.
