It's people showing that family always comes first, not the work you often happen to do. Apparently the sister didn't differentiate between the toys she played with and liked rolling around in dirt like 90% of small children and the mother flipped shit about the daughter being "GNC" (or, you know, a normal child exploring the world around her).
