I've noticed a bunch of posts on /r/asktransgender aren't questions. There's not a single question in this post, it's just bragging about how much of an upstanding citizen they are (except not even, because they probably turned down the job offer because they wouldn't be covered rather than because of any true moral objection)

They probably mean non-mosaic Kleinfelter's. Mosaic Kleinfelter's is when some of your cells are XXY and some are XY (much milder form, can still be fertile etc) and non-mosaic is when all of your cells are XXY (severe but rarer form, symptoms more pronounced, you may think you are a maxi-pad etc)

If you have to use external tools or prosthetics anyway, why not just use a fucking strap-on and save your flesh getting carved up and reassembled into a penis turducken?

Do they not have problems walking after that? Jesus. I've torn a muscle from sports in the region of her scarring and recovery was hell, or maybe I'm just being exceptional here and they don't cut that deep for their coke can cocks. Surely there are cases where there's some complication and the whole leg/arm has to be amputated?

The big troon is not Amy Tapping. Amy Tapping (judging from other pictures I have seen of them) is the one second from right.

Amy (assuming they are a troon) actually passes quite well, perhaps because of the short hair that makes them look like a lesbian rather than a man in drag. You can actually see TERFs on Twitter referring to Amy as a "female officer."

I am 95% sure they're an AGP though, based entirely on their AGP-like background, described here, but I cannot be 100% sure since i could not find much about them outside of articles like that one. And looking at their height in that picture I am actually less sure at this point.
