No, it's best to report in the jurisdiction that the assault occurred and ASAP, not going 3,000 miles away where there was no crime committed. There's nothing a police station can do in California for reporting an incident that happened in Gatineau Canada. So the best thing for her to do is to get a lawyer to navigate the international aspect.

Nader has found Chantal's DOPPLEGANGER!! On his channel, Nader is following a certain "Leisure Jones" who happens to have an Australian accent, and lives, I assume in Australia. If I remember correctly about two months ago, Chantal and Nader were in her room at the luxury villa when an Australian woman called him on his phone, and he forced a conversation between her and Chinny. I don't have time or inclination to compare the voice of that woman with this Leisure Jones, but it could possibly be the same woman. She and Nader seem to reciprocate You-Tube views, as Nader has commented on a few of her videos. Nothing out of the ordinary until you take into account that her videos have around 28 views a piece with NO other comments from anyone. In one of these videos, she titles it "Take a walk with me".
