I don't remember the RC plane in San Andreas but I 100% remember the pure frustration at the janky RC helicopter controls in Vice City. I wonder if water will still kill you in Vice City, always thought that was a little exceptional in a game that had so much to do with boats and water.
San Andreas has an RC plane mission (the Red Baron) but you get this when you are out of the first city (several hours later). According to Phil it was the hardest mission of the entire game

Plus as mentioned from others it has a flight school and you HAVE to complete it in order to advance the story. Of course Phil didn't do that good at them

And Vice City had one of the RC missions too: the RC helicopter that you have to fly to deposit bombs in a building. Wasn't exactly the easiest mission though with a few tricks it was managable

Regarding the TIHYDP topic, I won't get tired to post Phil's TIHYDP sperging from 2017. He really has major issues with people making fun of him (in the comment section and with the TIHYDP videos). Welcome to the thin skinned world of disabled comments and walking sims.

I'm always astonished to see how little DSP understands Fair Use given that his entire business model relies on it.

Video thumbnail from our good friend Sean before it inevitably gets privated. Very mentally sound individual.
Sean just deleted/privatized his videos after I sweated him in Philbert's chat at the end of the stream.
Videos are gone and I hope someone archived them (assuming they could be insightful).

However, he uploaded a new one about two or three hours ago. I won't preach on the KF but I'll say one thing: Regardless if you are an atheist or not, it's disgusting that fake believers use Jesus to absolve themselves just by uttering their foul words. They think they will be "saved" with wishful thinking.

(the pictures are thumbnails - just click on them)

Indirectly I found a second video...
Here is another cunt, blue heaven, that pretends to be a believer talking about Sean:

FUCKING LOL she begs for him. Thank GOD he could give Phil $300 back.

Is it expect streamers vet their income or are we just being special so we can nit pick Dave? I generally think tipping any internet beggars streamer is stupid, but it sounds like a dumb ask to expect them to know the people tipping them. If I ran a donut shop, im just there to sell donuts, im not going to be running background checks on people.
A large part of the issue with streaming tips compared to running a donut store is that a donut store sells a product, streamers do not. Also a donut shop often interacts face to face with buyers, so the vetting happens then, they can deny service to anyone who they don't like.

Streamers can't do that. There are no direct transactions. Streamers can't get tips before vetting them, but usually they don't need to. The tips come from fans and have no intention to charge back, after all most streamers don't have armies of trolls wanting to ruin them.

The issue with Phil is how fucking arbitrary his vetting of the tips actually is. He'll vet small tips from known fans like he's leading the Spanish inquisition, but accept massive tips from complete nobodies and degenerates without even a hint of suspicion. Only annoyance that it'll stop his other whales from tipping.

Also Phil is just an asshole. He makes any minor inconvenience to him a major problem for his audience. This whole process should be happening when the camera isn't on him, as he would say "behind da scenes". Keep in mind we never hear wings or ltg ever having these kinds of issues, it seems unique to Phil.

I personally don't care about the morality of the whole situation, like you said Dave couldn't possibly have known who the guy who gave him that three hundo was. If this isn't some gay op and Phil actually got money from that guy, I just find it hilarious that a homeless Bible thumping pedophile of all people got sucked into the vortex on the side of the paypigs.

DSP is the perfect mark. If he was less of a shut in he'd be taken in by every single flim-flam. It's kind of absurd. I'm watching Tevin's first back in time stream and in the first Hate Live DSP is bragging about his new house and talks about how it has a FREE security system and he doesn't even have to pay to maintain it! His pea-brain doesn't connect his HOA fees with community "perks" that shits just free. Netflix movies are free. And, of course, buyers market for cars.

I also think the only thing DSP ever learned in business school is the word "defray".

That RC mission on my Xbox was piss easy, it was the RC plane mission working for the Haitians that the plane was a pure POS to stabilize..

As soon as you jerk the plane around it was a long time until you can get it into the air again and what's worse is flying low over the water to get to Starfish Island, keep it high and swing in low for the drops, then make a wide turn banking and allow lots of time to take them out, it isn't hard, just go for the car which drives last as stationary targets are laser beams to your plane!

Yeah but Dave has never said hes vetting tips for morality, its just so he doesn't get charged back. We don't really know how he vets tips anyways or how often he actually gets charged back and maybe this dude has tipped before under secret names so he didn't need to vet. Either way this dude being a sexual degenerate doesn't really interact with how dave handles his tips. Its a little exceptional to try and conflate the two.

100% agree. It is endlessly funny that DSP fans are a bunch of gay furries, pedos, and whatever the fuck derich is. Also, im sure piggy HATES what his fanbase is and im sure it pisses him off every time someone brings it up. I'm all for people dunking on him about having a bunch of pedo fans, especially with the clip of him telling a kid to make an 18+ account to view adult stuff, great timing on that.

This greaseball moving the goal posts never gets old. Just a few weeks ago he was constantly talking about how the "hardcore gaming season" was going to save the buisiness, and now Acktober was a massive disappointment and next month Forza is going to save the buisiness.
He's just desperate.

Most people in his situation would reflect on the quality of their content, their attitude and they'd be a little more introspective. Not Phil, Phil is a victim; this isn't his fault. Yes the views are low and contributions have slowed down (minus $300 whale tip) but that's obviously because the games aren't as hype as they normally are this time of year. Memberships aren't dipping because Phil doesn't know how to engage with his audience, they're dipping because YT doesn't have a discovery tab. When Forza fails to save the day I'm sure it will be because it's a racing game, and people just aren't that into racing games... Not a whole lot Phil can do about that.

Oh he definitely hates what his fanbase is. He wants them to be mature adults with business degrees but instead they're lonely, sexually frustrated dentheads who come up with haikus while Phil is in the bathroom sending out a gin tweet.

And this is why we spectate.

My point is how arbitrary his vetting is. A random nobody, who had never been in chat and never tipped before (like "thedeviluk") can give a massive tip and Phil barely bothers to check the legitimacy of the tip. Meanwhile regulars in chat will be tipquisitioned on the spot. The only thing he did to "vet" was demand a "verified" PayPal account.

Also don't believe him on chargebacks. People tracked a claim of massive chargebacks and found massive spending at the time they were supposed to have occurred. He had been running out of excuses to hardcore beg for years now, and repeatedly tries to lean on chargebacks because it's the only one he hasn't been caught dead to rights lying about yet.

We don't have any reliable way of tracking chargebacks since nearly all of that happens entirely within his Paypal account, which hasn't been publicly leaked yet. He's surely lying to some degree - pig's gonna pig after all - but officially chargebacks still have to be counted as a question mark.
