I don't know if you're memeing or not, but notice of satisfaction would be notice to the court that the judgement against Melinda was satisfied, that is, paid.
I can already predict that she's going to continue to insist that the judgement was reversed when they reopened her case and scheduled another hearing for November. Unfortunately for her, she'd need to provide some actual evidence to support her claims. The official court records don't seem to indicate there was another hearing in November, just that there was an order after the October hearing that ordered her to pay sanctions in the amount of $750.00. Even if they scheduled another hearing, nothing seems to indicate that order for sanctions was ever reversed (and if it had been reversed, I expect that it'd have been replaced with an order for even more sanctions, to deal with her second bullshit hearing).

Yeah, it seems that the online records are incomplete. They don't indicate the disposition of the case other than saying it's dismissed, and although they don't indicate that a judgement was entered for the defendant, they also don't show that the case was supposedly reopened and re-heard on 11/27/2017. The only hearing listed is the 10/23/2017 hearing (at which we know it was dismissed and Smelly was ordered to pay $750).
Still better than anything Smelly could manage.
