Baked Alaska / Tim Treadstone / Tim Gionet / Anthime Joseph Gionet - White rapper, alt-right "activist", ex-Buzzfeed contributor; got arrested at the March for Trump, and a federal snitch

We can't laugh at him if he's locked up.

I thought he was looking at 90 or more?
Baked said he was offered a plea deal to serve two days or go to trial and face 30 if found guilty. I don't know if the judge has leniency with sentencing or the ability to impose a longer punishment.

Trial will commence on 10/29 at 1:30pm local time (PST).

I got the list of charges from the AZ Supreme Court.

I then checked the AZ Revised Statutes.

Looks like the assault charge is a Class 1 Misdemeanor. He could get up to six months for it.

Disorderly Conduct is another Class 1.

3d Degree Trespass is a Class 3 Misdemeanor. He could get up to 30 days for it.

Theoretically, he could get a year and thirty days if the judge sentenced them consecutively.

You can get @AnOminous to check my figures. The statutes are written rather confusingly.

He'll probably end up getting 30 days. It won't be enough. If he had 90 days to think about it, he might get his shit together when he got out.

even if he got the full year and 30 days. wouldnt he only have to serve a portion of that in jail and go on probation for the rest of it?
he might be able to do the enitre thing on probation.

All depends on the judge. He could give him probation with no jail or he could throw the book at him. I doubt that he'll get more than six months in jail. My guess is he'll get 30 plus probation for a total of six months, but he could get 60 or 90. I think 90 would be about right. That'd be equal to 30 on each charge and give him plenty of time to think about things. The probation would probably be for two years. The 30 days would be "shock treatment" which might or might not count as "time served" when he violates his probation. There's different ways they could do it. Six months suspended with two years probation on the assault and disorderly conduct plus 30 days in jail on the trespass is a good possiblity.

He'll probably go straight to jail. They don't usually give people time to "settle their affairs" on misdemeanors. Again, it'll depend on the judge.

Your guess sounds as good as any. Whatever it is, he won't get enough. He should be taking it up the ass in a White Boy Winter, but he won't be.

I bet he actually doesn't get any time at all thanks to glowie magic.

Delusion is strong with this one
And that my friends, is how we got Dave Rubin and Candace Owens running on the 2024 ticket. This idiot really thinks people like him, who already got kicked off of Trump's social media, will be welcomed with open arms in this delusional hypothetical. How did bringing Amarosa to the White House turn out?

Sentencing is almost always done concurrently for this kind of stuff (and really most crimes), very unusual to get "on and after" consecutive sentences for jerkoff chickenshit.

The court would in fact probably grant a request to "settle affairs" and turn yourself in after a few days or a week if you've otherwise been a good boi on your probation/bail conditions.

The more surprising thing is that he hasn't pissed a judge off enough to get remanded and sit it out. Honestly with the streaming, the constant interactions with cops, suddenly moving across the country, I'm wondering that a judge hasn't gone "fuck you you're not acting in good faith" and made him wait it out 'til trial. That seems to imply that the judge/s either don't care and/or they don't plan (or think) on putting him away for a long time. I dunno if that has anything to do with behind-the-scenes cooperation (aka snitching, writing statements, etc.).

" See look I called him out! thats why the next day I went into the capitol! It was entrapment!"

Yet they will never interview you. Ever. No one will except Infowars which won't even spotlight you during the Alex Jones part apparently lmfao

This just makes Baked look more like he was in on the fed plan to me. Him calling the fed "fed" could just be him, being more in tune with how the online perception of the boomer's instigations will be, letting him know to ease up while making himself look better.
Shit, he was involved in so many other public, recorded events used as mainstream propaganda to smear whichever group he was supposedly affiliated with at each event, that he might as well be deputized as an honorary glowie if he wasn't one in actuality
