Lolcow Melinda Leigh Scott & Marshall Castersen - Sue-happy couple. Flat earth conspiracists. Pretending to be Jewish. Believe Kiwi Farms is protected by the Masonic Order. 0-6 on lawsuits. Marshall is dead.

ETA: Hillbilly General Court seems pretty half-assed. This probably explains Smelly's half-assed litigation style, where she just makes shit up and stamps her feet and hopes for the best. But she's in Federal District Court (and kinda-sorta Federal Circuit Court of Appeals) now, which are extremely tight-assed.
Retards like this who show up in federal court don't realize they aren't in Family Feud court, they're in actual adult court this time. They are usually shocked when told just GTFO you goddamn retard.

If Melinda skips out of Virginia, she will no longer be enrolled in her address protection program. We should be asking not if Melinda is going to flee Virginia, but if Marshall is willing to. Melinda has no resources, and her attempts to leave Marshall and live apart from him have been dismal failures, with Melinda returning to Marshall in, at most, weeks.

The paper trail shows they don't care if they're slapped with sanctions or saddled with debts, Melinda and Marshall ignore them and fume that they got them, curse you Masonic Lodgers!

Im betting one of them get arrested during the collection. It is high probability after seeing Mel's psycho behavior here. Seeing big bad Marshal on his knees being tased would make great video.
I mean, 2021 has definitely been the Year of the Cow. And we have like ten weeks to go.

Anything's possible, is what I'm saying. Russ could go on a shooting spree at his gym... or a casino after some escort rips him off for the last time. Chris already fucked his mother, so I'm not sure what else he could do. Prison riot? Marshall and Melinda could have an actual shootout with the cops or blow up a federal building or something. Chantal is... just a whole mosaic of drama and crazy at this point.

Really, far from being rainbowy, seeing Marshall get tazed while Melinda starts shrieking in tongues is setting the bar pretty low for expectations here.

Honestly, I love those "sovcit btfo" videos on youtube. Granted I'm pretty sure she'd have several new filings and lawsuits coming right up after that.

Melinda should try to reach out to the rest of the lolcows and organize them for an epic lolsuit against null. Even get the god emperor involved! Come on Melinda you have Elohim behind you obviously you cannot fail in this if your cause is righteous and just right? Do it for freedom and women and victory!
The lawsuit form of Answeringkiwifarmsabuse would be just carnival levels of fun. The drama, the histrionics, the ineptitude, the backstabbing, what a glorious dumpsterfire that would be.

I read the actual study on it and it doesn't mention anything about choosing the sex. That did however lead me to another paper with a hypothesis from some Indian I think which read like some psychobabble.

I'm sure it was, but I'm curious to see that insanity too.

Also let's not forget that Melinda STILL has not provided her citation, merely said "I linked it here almost a year ago"

Let's not get hasty now. With as slow as courts move, if we're talking about a judgement in this case (and actually trying to satisfy it) we're probably talking late 2022 at the earliest.

Melinda: “Let me show you a sneak peek!”
*Posts screenshot of another soon to be dismissed filing*

At least we get to laugh at your poorly written excuses for filings before they get posted for the world to laugh at. Mighty kind of you.
Perhaps more usefully, it serves as additional proof for the court that it really is her posting here under her kooky fake Hebrew name.

You're right. I am being hasty.

I didn't think things could get wilder than 2020. Now I'm saying 2021 is the ultimate shitshow.

2022 might top both of them combined. :optimistic: :optimistic: :optimistic:

In that regard, do you agree with traditional patriarchal societies (i.e. the 1950s) where women stay home to take care of children while the men's responsibility is to bring home the bread? Or do you think women should both be working, while taking care of children? That would be a lot of work!

I don't think that the 1950s economic set up of men being the "hunters" in society at large and women being the "nesters" signifies "patriarchy". I think that signifies nature. The 1950s was a patriarchal generation in America for other reasons: their denial of women's legal rights, their strong belief in Pauline Christianity, and the double standards about male and female sexuality that prevailed back then.

Women staying home to be homemakers and rear young children while the men hunted for resources in society worked really well in the 1950s, economically. America economically boomed then and had a rich leisure culture too. I think it's a better system and I don't think it demeans women at all. It's very feminine and powerful to create a comfortable and beautiful home that your husband and children feel loved and safe in. There's nothing lowly about that.

She hates the idea of working. She insults women who do work.
Let's be more accurate here.

More accurately, what I said was: I think that making women in the child bearing decades work outside of the home is abusive to women. Overloading someone with responsibility is a form of abuse. A woman is already doing an incredible amount of work during pregnancy (growing a human being inside her), breastfeeding (producing milk and mothering the infant), child rearing little ones and homemaking. All 4 of those tasks require a tremendous amount of physical, mental and emotional output. To add on top of that the obligation to commute and work at a job is overloading a woman, and that is abuse. That's why you see a lot of mental and physical health issues in women who are overloaded with demands.

It's also just plain stupid and destructive for a marriage to do that to a woman. So many men complain that their wife (who they make do nearly everything domestic and also hold down a job outside the house) is too tired for sex and I'm just like DUH. What woman is going to want to have sex after being beat to death with demands all day from 4:30 am until 9:30 pm? That kind of mental demand shuts down a woman's libido. They want their wife to be like a flower but pull like a Ox, but you can't have it both ways. No, it works much better if a wife can spend the day keeping the house and children in order so that when the husband comes home she still has desire to be sexually available for him.

I also fully acknowledged that homemaking, pregnancy and child rearing is work, albeit unpaid work.
I also repeatedly said that women should have access to small businesses that work around their homeschooling, breastfeeding and child rearing obligations. Women who don't perform the task of "hunter" in society at large and remain home to care for the house and children are still working. They do many forms of "work", they just don't get cash benefits from an Employer for it. In which case, it's the duty of the husband to share his resources. "Give her a share in what she produces...." (Prov. 31:31)

so why would you make a decision to have a child when you can't give them the attention they need?
Well that's another plus for the family of having a mom who is a SAHM. The children get more love and attention than a daycare worker would be able to provide.

Especially during the breastfeeding years. It's not about just getting the breast milk into the baby/toddler. It's about mothering the child too -- rocking, hugging, cuddling, kisses, etc. I hypothesize that children who are mothered during their early years are more well adjusted. Would make a good study.

I'm pretty sure it's already been proved that most males with emotional and mental health issues, have bad histories with their own mothers, like lack of mothering or narc abuse from their mother. I'm pretty sure I saw that in some studies once.

You can't underestimate the non-monetary value of mothering. Women rule the world from the cradle.

False. If you're in tune with your ovulation and your man is capable of pulling out then you can postpone it for a good while, if you accurately predict when you're ovulating and if your man isn't a poorly trained unneutered Rottweiler in a human's body cough cough Marshall cough.
There's some error in this theory of yours.

Firstly, pre-ejaculate carries sperm in it, so "pulling out" is not a fail proof method. A little swimmer can get there to the egg with the "pre-cum".

Yes - pulling out might work here and there, and any couple should be able to sustain that interruption from time to time but as a long term solution, NO. For one, lack of regular seminal deposits in a female vagina can lead to mental health issues in a woman, like depression. TRUE FACT. Look it up if you don't believe me. Ejaculating into one's wife is important for physical and emotional reasons, for both sides. Men attach mental and emotional importance to their sperm and need their wife to be part of receiving it.

For two, there's absolutely no way a couple can have regular sex (300 times a year) and pull out every time. It's not going to happen and it's destructive to the sexual bonding process. If you have a night where you're just full on fucking, passion up the roof, looking into each other's eye, sweating, moaning and going.....NOPE, not going to stop....and you shouldn't ....because it destroys the sexual bonding process. You have to sexually bond to your wife/husband to maintain and grow the relationship.

Even if we could argue all day about those issues, a more factual issue remains on the table...
You're also ASSUMING that every woman has periods. You're not taking into account lactation amenorrhea. Lactation amenorrhea is when breastfeeding suppresses any sign of ovulation, it's a real thing. Many breastfeeding women have no signs of ovulation and then get pregnant. It's happened to me.

Unless it's spending three hours a day writing motions and briefs with a toddler attached to her boob. Then that's fine.
Writing is very compatible with the breastfeeding process.

and you mock me for it?
No. "Say it ain't so!" is an idiomatic expression. It's not literal.

Doesn't matter. One you can influence (having kids), the other you can't (economic structure).
That's a correct observation, but at the same time, I don't believe that a person should bend to accommodate society's expectations by having abortions and using birth control.

Why should someone give up what they want or need in order to benefit society?

Is the individual less important than society? I say "no".

It's like when they take your money in the drive through line and then ask you to pull forward to wait for your food. You're being asked to pay (which is convenient for the business), but then you're being asked to wait (which is inconvenient to the individual), so they can keep collecting money from the people behind you (which is convenient for the business). And they will leave your ass out there waiting, because they don't see the value in the individual, they are more concerned with their business. You're being asked to put yourself behind the process of Capitalism (to do what's good for the business, and put your wants/needs as the individual secondary).

Even accepting your linked study as true, it says absolutely nothing about determining the sex of the fetus. It mentions being more receptive to sperm of an extant partner as opposed to non-partner sperm, but nothing to upset the very well understood mechanism of diploid reproduction in which a male's sperm provide half of the DNA for recombinanation including the chromosome which determines the sex of the offspring.

Now, there are some non-mammalian species where things are more complicated, but for all mammals and quite a lot of other species, sperm mixes with egg to create zygote, and the sex of that zygote is determined by what the sperm added to the existing chromosomes of the egg.
The article said that the egg sends signals to sperm to select which sperm it wants to fertilize it. Consequently, that would mean, the egg determines whether it receives an X or Y.

Have you considered making an Appearance on the Killstream with Ethan Ralph to tell your story to the world?

Instead I'm planning on making a documentary about KiwiFarms, Barabara Walters style.

You know what's STILL curiously absent from your arguments? FACTS TO SUPPORT YOUR CLAIM
Those are the Exhibits attached. You haven't seen them yet.

I notice you didn't even bother to reply to me last time, I'll take it that you concede that you WERE sanctioned under VA § 8.01-271.1.

I did reply.

Did you see the word "sanction" in the Judge's notes? No.

Second, instead of them waiting for my to arrive, I was tried in my absence. Both the judge's writing and the defendant's motion confirm that as fact. A person tried in their absence isn't an accurate record of events.

In comes the appeal process.

If you really believed that, you wouldn't be suing jersh because he "ruins your life".

Where did my Complaint say that?

Imagine the stress that puts on the kids. A man rapidly entering and leaving their lives in the most stressful manner possible.

Hardin already attached the court's official certified record. Your #exhibits won't prove or disprove anything.
I did reply.

Did you see the word "sanction" in the Judge's notes? No.
Narcissistic gaslighting. No, you in fact didn't reply to my subsequent post, pointing out that I'd already predicted your reply, and had therefore already had the foresight to prove that you were indeed sanctioned under VA § 8.01-271.1, which empowers a judge to issue "an appropriate sanction, which may include an order to pay to the other party or parties the amount of the reasonable expenses incurred[.]" Hence, you conceded the point, and I shan't dwell on it any longer, I'll merely point you to my post, the one which you failed to reply to:

In comes the appeal process.
The appeal won't change anything. You lost the case, you'll lose the appeal. Pay up, jew whore.
