To be fair, he can say all of that, but there's a legal system for a reason.

His best work was IBS and bringing Jim on. I can't imagine what a 17/18 year old girl would find interesting in non-drama Killstream. She's not even politically aligned to the guests he has on. Federal AOC is 18, so therefore Kerr was communicating with a minor in the eyes of the law.
Further, AOC does not mean that any nude pictures are legal. In South Carolina anything under 18 counts as CP.
Strangely the child can also be found guilty of this - which is odd given usually laws like this have clauses that state that victims are not liable. Odd.

Problem solved. Let's not beat around the bush: Faith's situation is entirely as much @MWV 's fault as it is her own because he enabled her every step of the way. When you have a gaggle of kids, the reality is that some of them are bound to be a fuckup in one way or another. Instead of letting Faith fail even once, Vickers subsidized her bad decisions every step of the way and now has to deal with Ralph for the rest of his (or Ralph's) life, for no other reason than his own poor parenting choices. Faith isn't particularly cunning: She's around dumb people. He could've easily monitored her internet use with some basic tools back when she was 14 and allegedly getting groomed, but he just never could be assed to do it.

Concerned parents limit access to the Internet or phone to public home settings such as the living room. Lack of privacy prevents the child from sexting because you wouldn't want your parents to peek over your shoulder and see it. Instead Faith was getting high in her room all day with groomers. The minimum they could have done is have the "keep the bedroom door open" rule.

When I was in school, my computer blocked searching for ‘bikini bottom spongebob’ because it had ‘bikini’ in it. Even if I thought it was strict back then, I bet it sure as hell is worse now. This is why it’s a bad idea to have more kids than you can give the bare minimum of attention required to keep them safe under your own roof. Unrestricted internet access behind a closed bedroom door is almost laughably basic in its stupidity. If @MWV wants attention so badly, he can write a guide for parents detailing the decisions he and his wife made in their parenting and how those have worked out for them. The strangest thing to me is Faith seemingly determined to get pregnant from age 15 on.
