Kenosha is 100k strong. Not exactly a village. It is 60% white and only 60 miles from Chicago. Exactly how blighted by modernity and diversity is it?

I doubt that it will be a sure thing that his jury will be reasonable.

Kenosha isnt pozzed to shit like Madison or Milwaukee. The potential Jury pool will have alot more potential home owners who watched their city burn than ghetto nigs from Chicago. Notice the 3 waste of human life he shot were not from Kenosha. The riots were feuled by scum coming to the area to do bad shit.

"In video taken before Rittenhouse fired his gun, officers in an armored vehicle tossed bottles of water to him and other armed civilians who were clearly violating the city’s 8 p.m. curfew."

Journalist upset that people were out past curfew, but only certain people, not the looters and rioters.

"One officer can be heard on the recording expressing his gratitude to the group."
She closes the article with this, as if its some great condemnation. Police being aptly kind to decent people? Noo!

Great journalism there, Stacy St. Clair.
She could use a bottle of water instead of the daily Big Gulp.

Never, ever trust a fatty. They got the sleep apnea and broke brains and shit.

"I don't think you have the right to kill someone if they're unarmed even if they're an aggressor"

- Kenosha ADA Thomas Binger, who graduated law school and passed the Bar and has worked as a prosecutor for years lol

He is now claiming that who the aggressor doesn't impact a self-defense claim or affect whether or not someone was afraid of serious injury or great bodily harm

Judge pointedly asking "Do you think this is consistently with our law?"

The final motions hearing in the Kyle Rittenhouse case before trial begins is over, to say that it was bad for the prosecution would be the understatement of the century. They've backed themselves into such a corner that they're not even offering a video expert.

The low point was probably when the prosecutor tried speaking over the judge while arguing a totally nonsensical point of law, which prompted the judge to raise his voice and deconstruct everything the prosecution had just said from the defense's perspective.

(Prosecutors do not want the judge to be thinking about the case from the defense's perspective)

The judge seems fair. Don't read too much into favorable decisions at this point because judges tend to be harder on prosecutors in order to prevent their decisions being reversed. Still, it's clear that the judge has no patience for the prosecution's unprofessional behavior.

Judge sets final ground rules for Rittenhouse trial evidence

Rittenhouse, 18, of Antioch, Illinois, was among a number of people who responded to calls on social media to take up arms and come to Kenosha to respond to the protests. Rittenhouse, who is white, is charged with homicide and other crimes in the fatal shootings of Joseph Rosenbaum and Anthony Huber and the wounding of Gaige Grosskreutz, all also white.
All involved are white. How disgusting that they should embrace whiteness in such a garish, irresponsible way.

Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger said if Schroeder allowed Black to testify only about the timeline of events that night he wouldn’t call his own expert to the stand. Defense attorney Mark Richards agreed to the deal.

Binger asked Schroeder to bar a video that shows police telling Rittenhouse and other armed militia members on the streets that they appreciated their presence and tossing Rittenhouse a bottle of water. The prosecutor said the video would transform the trial into a referendum on police procedure that night when it isn’t relevant.

“This is a case about what the defendant did that night,” Binger said. “I’m concerned this will be turned into a trial about what law enforcement did or didn’t do that night.”

Defense attorney Corey Chirafisi argued the video shows that police felt Rittenhouse wasn’t acting recklessly. Binger countered that the shootings happened after Rittenhouse interacted with the police, but Schroeder decided to allow the video.

“If the jury is being told, if the defendant is walking down the sidewalk and doing what he claims he was hired to do and police say good thing you’re here, is that something influencing the defendant and emboldening him in his behavior? That would be an argument for relevance,” the judge said.

The Mistake of Being Born White

The case of Kyle Rittenhouse is also illustrative when compared with Simpkins’. When Rittenhouse, who is white, shot three people in self-defense, killing two, during the 2020 riots in Kenosha, Wisconsin, the media and culture pushed lawmakers for maximum punishment. Rittenhouse, 17-years-old at the time, had arrived in Kenosha with a militia group that intended to protect property from rioters and looters—things law enforcement should have been doing.

Unlike Simpkins’ mother, Rittenhouse’s mother didn’t need to convince people that her son was a misunderstood but otherwise good boy; before the shooting, he volunteered to help clean up graffiti at a high school near the Kenosha County Courthouse. After the incident, he immediately turned himself over to the police—unlike Simpkins, who initially fled the scene.

This fucking judge; i know i'm supposed to be glad because he's on our side but just the bias he's showing is such dogshit. this is like when you can't lose a fight in a video game or bowling with those sides up. if i was the prosecution i'd just drop the case at this point. easier to just go "we cant win against this judge" and let the court of public opinion show why you don't go aganist the narrative. a judge sent out on his ass will surely do more for the cause then giving kyle a suspended sentence or whatever ends up being the minimum for what he's charged with.

No one in the last quarter century could figure out a way to make sure we dont have assholes like this determining things

Kenosha, while on a map may look quite far to some people, is relatively close by Midwest standards. Any commute that is less than one hundred miles one way can seem reasonable to the right Midwesterner, as that's "only" ninety minutes on average. Also, the Milwaukee-Chicago area has several commuter rails that have been running since the 1800s. Kenosha in particular is a terminal station on a line running since 1854. So to me there's no doubt it's all a turd. Madison, on the other hand, is its own form of turbo-pozz. Did you know it's motto is "thirty square miles surrounded by reality"?

However, I remember watching videos of residents rushing out to collect the bricks that were being dropped off by the pallet load by some of the rioters' "helpers". So while I disagree with the jury being balanced, I do hope you're right.

It is ridiculous that society gives men in black dresses as much sway as it does. No one should be glad that this case is going the way it is simply because this judge happens to be the one assigned to it.

This is the opposite of a fair system. What would have happened if everything else was the same except that Rittenhouse got a left-wing judge?

Rittenhouse back in court today as prosecutors look to block defense from describing shooting victims as ‘looters’ and ‘rioters’ during trial
From what I'm reading ( https://abc7chicago.com/kyle-ritten...a-protest-shooting-police-brutality/11167589/ ), the judge blocked this motion.
"If more than one of them were engaged in arson, rioting, looting, I'm not going to tell the defense you can't call them that," the judge said.

The judge also ruled that the two deceased men and the injured man could not be referred to as victims.

Gives me a little more hope than the Chauvin debacle, which loudly telegraphed from the beginning that Chauvin was going to be made an example of, but still, the courts have a very poor track record when it comes to dealing with nigger chimpouts.

Judges are the most arbitrary and poorly regulated aspect of the system, definitely. Nobody really knows how to design/run a fair "justice" system. To quote Razorfist, the legislative branch is checked by the executive and judicial branch, the executive branch is checked by the legislative and judicial branch, and the judicial branch is checked by fucking NOBODY.

There's a reason why the faggots didn't really touch elections until they got gay marriage pushed through the courts. Even now 99% of elected officials would never openly side with the faggots, their courting of faggot support is mostly on the down low or via broad, completely unspecific slogans like "CHANGE"

To be fair, the Judicial branch has a limited jurisdiction, and juries have the right to nullify laws.

Is this guy really arguing the actions of Rossenbaum that relate directly to the state of mind and situation that Kyle was in, aren't related to the case? Holy fucking shit the insanity of this faggot. With how he's acting towards the judge, at this point I have to assume its because they've abandoned this case. They have to know Kyle is walking.
Yes he is while still wanting to claim an altercation Rittenhouse had months earlier with no one remotely related to this case still has bearing on this case.
