so... uber for lawyers who graduated from an F-tier school?

Looks like it. The DASH letterhead is hard to read, but I think this is the lawyer who actually wrote the letter.

Wait so is Russ' contention that anyone with a disability, assuming they spend enough money and try hard enough at the audition, should have a legal right to make it on AGT?
It's like he either won't, or simply cant imagine what the implications of the standard he wishes to set are, and is hoping that a court won't either.
I can't tell if he is just exceptionally stupid and hasn't thought of this, or really does think that he is special and he alone should have special considerations and rights, despite cloaking this under an aegis of helping all disabled people.

The ADA was written to help all disabled people, not just you Russ, I just can never wrap my head around how these people think.

Attention, posters who suggested that Russ would sue America's Got Talent, please step forward to the plights podium and receive your prize.

Case is "Greer v. Fremantle Productions."
Sealing his poor man's plights (IFP):
attn @Cryin RN

Aaahahah!!! Fuckin CALLED IT!! I knew when I came home and saw 5 new pages in a couple of hours there had to be some exceptional lolmilk produced, but this......this is fucking full-strength buttercream! I will say no more until I am settled with some wobbly-pop and some dinner and absorb this delicious dessert.

EFFORTS AND PLIGHTS! EFFORTS AND PLIGHTS!!

Russ, I am sure you digitally or otherwise, signed or tickmarked a waiver stating that 'You agree that if you are judged that you aren't good enough, that means you arent good enough and you waive the right to sue is if so judged."

I hate to side with Big Media, but shit man, every kid in the schoolyard knows that if you can't catch the ball, don't sign up for tryouts as a backcatcher for the baseball team. Every kid but Russhole, who was given every out because of his deformity, and never grew up because of that.

And then we can look how anally assaulted Russ feels that those dang mentally ill trolls get to see that he's so broke he claims he can't even live in Vegas any more while he tries to sue AGT.

Try North Vegas, Russhole. My main man in Heaven Hunter S. Thompson claims it's the last refuge for old whores and junkies too old and too broke to survive along the Strip any longer to pass their last years before they swirl down the spout. I am sure there's a room in a flophouse somewhere where a crackhead recently decamped for that great basehead party in the sky that you can rent for a few shekels of gubmunt welfare a month and keep your plights alive!

I see this as an opportunity for the producers of AGT. They could make a spinoff show called "America's Got Disabilities", where all contestants have one or more forms of disability. If made with sympathy and tact, it could unironically be a wholesome feel-good show.

Boy, have I got the website for them

Or we could make guys in wheelchairs compete in obstacle courses they aren't able to complete and laugh at them for things they can't control

Wasting $3000 on a dead end audition he was never going to pass, and then paying however more money on filing a dead end lawsuit because he’s butthurt about the audition.

Russ never fails to deliver the good content. It takes time, but hilarity is always in store.
Nah, he keeps claiming poor boy status and filing for free by IFP. So though he had s job, it must not pay much. At least he had a hint of sense and asked for it to be sealed.

The best response from the Defrdants (who have way more high priced lawyers than Josh) will simply be to file that upon examing the AGT applicant Russel Greer they discovered his history of celebrity stalking, including multiple lawsuits against Taylor Swift, Arianna Grande and other female entertainers. That the companies legal dept determined that Mr. Greer posed a clear risk of harrasement to female performers and employees given his long trail of legal and creepy criminal history.

The really sad thing is this probably isn't a shakedown on Russ's part. What will happen if they offer him $2500 to never darken their doorstep or contact any business or employee associated with them ever again? $2500 to bind Russ into a settlement contract to begone forever seems a bargain. What would Russ's reaction be? I mean he could even afford a doctor visit or two?
I would much rather they state they denied him moving forward because he just isn't good. That would hurt him waaaaay harder. He keeps thinking his disability is the issue but it's really his lack of actual talent.

The reply should be:
The defendants denied the plaintiff further auditions on America's Got Talent due to plaintiff lacking the talent portion of the show's premise.
