Russ has a high hurdle regarding the ADA. While he suffers from a somewhat disfiguring congenital condition, nothing about his supposed "disability" requires any form of employer or merchant's accomidation. Being a drooling ugly sack of grease is not actually something protected by the ADA. Ugly people are thankfully not a protected class. As far as the law is concerned Russ can function just like any other employee. He has. No physical restrictions, or so few that he has nothing that would trigger the act. I don't think he even has any ongoing or specialized medical needs resulting from mobius. The only physical restrictions placed on him are for certain types of jobs that have specific physical requirements that eliminate a broad subset of the population, such as pilot. Or Pornstar. What about Russ would any employer be expected to accomodate? Besides simply being an asshole.

He's not really good at customer facing jobs because of that, and he really can't help it. As for his anxiety that he uses as an excuse when he acts like a shithead, the level he has said he has doesn't rise to the level of an impediment to employment. Even if it did, the ADA doesn't require a business, venue or employer to accommodate antisocial behavior like Russ demonstrated when Hof banned him from his brothels for the first time. I know many people with anxiety, and when it hits, they retreat from social interaction. They certainly do not accuse people of having AIDS or try to get business owners arrested for no reason.
