I wonder why all of the sudden he's decided to change name and pfp? His pfp and name wasn't unchanged until today. Below is a post he made about bashurverse I took yesterday, showing his face and his name as onision. I wonder if he's doing that thing were he claims that he isn't "onision" anymore.
Also, I noticed something funny when he changed his pfp to this anime character, which apparently is Hei from Darker than Black. It's not the first time we saw him using this character as a pfp. One of his previous sock accounts, @Niqmo127 also had Hei as a pfp. If you don't remember this sock, this sock was active back in late 2019 when all the allegations started coming forward and onion was tweeting his bdsm tweets. This sock was harassing Billie, Lane and Repzion but it was very obvious it was greg with the way this sock writes.

I'm not sure vaccination would even matter with him - him and Lame never leave the house. Their lives were completely unchanged by COVID restrictions. Even with the argument that the kids might leave the house now to go to school, Onion stays locked in the basement. He doesn't interact with anyone in the house. His normal living situation is effectively quarantine.

Every now and then, you might look on Reddit as a distraction from the real world and see some weird stuff that makes your head scratch. In this case, I saw this post a few days ago, but I have had difficulties having the energy to write up on why OP of this random Reddit thread is a colossal faggot.
Over on r/onision, a user by the name of u/EmperorHenry created this post, mocking gurg's Twatter posts, which is a bit low hanging fruit. [A] This person posts a lot to r/onision and the other posts are cringeworthy on their own because they alog a lot, but this one was extraordinary.
On whatever neo-gender it can be assumed u/EmperorHenry identifies as, they are 100% a bit of a sperg that almost sounds like a grurg sock with some of the issues they ramble on about. They post frequently borderline retarded shit that hits so many boxes on common Redditor bingo but that's neither here nor there. Unfortunately, they aren't a sock, but they are totally retarded. In the comment section on their post, they bragged about hacking swamp gog's IOT things, specifically his security cameras. They also claim they do this for scammers, but I strongly doubt they are Jim Browning.
Note their own self-admission that Greg is dumb. This is important.
At the very least they are a ween, about to find their ass arrested. Gaining access to a computer that isn't your own or one you do not have explicit permission to access is highly illegal. Given that our Ledditor isn't lying, I think it would be hilarious if they got arrested for violating the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act. IP addresses are not only rotated among a group of subscribers, but the IP you find might not be accurate because the location can only be tracked to some random backbone that your ISP owns or uses. This is why when you look up your IP address, it doesn't always give a definitive location. IP addresses aren't even good proof of non repudiation either, as IP addresses can be spoofed and the argument can be made that the person on the other end wasn't them operating the device. This conversation leans into why TPM (aka that annoying thing Windows 11 requires) can be used to "prove" the operator has done what they did. There are other ways and multiple factors to pin proof on a user's actions, but it all comes down to just the IP address alone isn't.
Also, old and outdated information is gay because most common Windows devices are running Windows 10 Home, which doesn't have remote desktop enabled, let alone the capability. Even if you use Windows 10 Professional or Enterprise, you have to download a patch to enable remote desktop. Even if you're trying to establish a shell connection, it's most likely going to be denied because you're a dumbass and opening a shell on a Windows machine actually requires more than 5 minutes of research and lots of trial and error. SSH also has to be turned on for Linux devices and you're not going to be able to establish a connection if you don't have the password. It is possible to open a shell on Linux machines without a password, but again that requires actual research and trial and error. You might say "I'll just see if root/root works" but distros are starting to disable the default root account by default. Most folks that run Linux are also capable of research and will probably disable root/root anyway.
Often times, the exploit you find will need to chain into another anyway because gaining access to someone's system like this is supposed to be difficult. The easiest way is to socially engineer someone and while governments and companies that really shouldn't be hacked have found themselves at the victim of this, being socially engineered is user error, not a system error. While I believe that falling for a social engineering attack makes the user responsible, I also accept that social engineering attacks can be convincing, especially when the context is right. For example, expecting a receipt from Amazon and getting a social engineer sending you a receipt from a compromised website that phishes your details.
VPNs are just one tool in a toolbox that you can use to secure your privacy. If the FBI wants to pin you, they fucking will and a VPN won't save your ass. However, it does help prevent websites from having a profile on you. Even though most cybersecurity people know that an IP address doesn't prove a user is who they say they are, a VPN gives you a wider range of IP addresses to use. Your ISP uses a small range of IPs that are assigned to them, but a VPN could use as many as the VPN provider has access to. Someone checking your IP would see that your IP is associated with a VPN, which is used by more than just an ISP's subscribers. Without a VPN, someone at the very least knows who your ISP is. This isn't super important information, but it can be used to profile where someone lives if you have knowledge on what ISPs service what areas. But again, ISPs might distribute their IPs over a range of several hundred miles, which makes this assumption foggy. VPNs cannot be used to stop tracking in their place because of your browser and its horrible habit at keeping cookies for everything. Websites also track when you click on another link inside of the website. Using Twitter, Reddit, Facebook, or Youtube, you might notice that all links eventually redirect to a domain like out.youtube.com before they load the link you clicked.
