I mean, his reaction in general in the last months is all over the place in terms of weirdness. Maybe the Internet Tough Guy got to him, but before his reactions were in the realm of normalcy. But now, it's all manners of strange. Like his passionate hatred for Turkey Tom for doing a video that can be summarized in "Shad is a weirdo that does indefensible things but everyone forgives him despite being underhanded and shady". After all, Null already said that he reported his website to the talent agency of Dafne Keen and that is most likely why Shadbase was taken down for a while and he was forced to take down the drawings he made of her. Why he isn't so vocal about disliking Null? Maybe because he knows that speaking of the devil will make the devil take an interest in him and he's already treading on thin ice because he's a pedo weirdo that has a lot of skeletons in his closet.

Plus, the whole schizoposting he went through in September should be an indicative of something going on behind the scenes. Remember that he posted very sparsely for the whole year until he went on that wild tirade. Was it drugs? I put my money on it, specially seeing that he's living in squalor and he is doing all these weirdo stunts

See that's the thing that throws me though, Shad IS a weirdo. I think that’s why I’m so morbidly fascinated about this guy: he’s so damn weird! And not a pleasant weird, more a lifting up a rock and seeing something horrible and slimy underneath; and it’s something you’ve never seen before so you’re curious, but at the same time you want to vomit.

Compared to the scripted pretentious wank that is his channel’s videos, unscripted Shad is just a complete dweeb. He tries so hard to be cool but he’s too corny – it’s like an entirely different person. I think the real Shad is terrified of someone like Null. I was pointed to Mick's Hotline Miami playthrough with Shad and Jeff earlier in this thread, and this episode contains a lengthy discussion between Jeff and Shad about pedophilia. I decided not to clip it because it's most of the episode, but it starts around 2:28.
TL;DW Jeff thinks pedos should be lined up and killed, Shad thinks that's a little harsh. Between this and the Sleepycast episode where Jeff asks Shad if he likes kids, I think Jeff has some suspicions about Shad.

Did he just go out and look for a homeless person to take a photo of in order to make a point to Bob McBobbington? The pictures have really similar lighting and saturation, that could just be happenstance but, he lives in Cali so they definitely aren't hard to to find.
