Anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks. If he's unlucky there's something called post-concussion syndrome that takes much longer.
Not got much to go on but this seems fairly normal, concussions often take a while to affect you, anything from minutes to around a day, and the way he's slowed down over the last few videos looks pretty standard. Staying away from phone/computer screens is important too, the way the brain is impaired makes it hard for it to deal with them so I hope he does.
Best case scenario is that he spends the next two weeks resting, then takes it easy for weeks 3 and 4. After that he should be completely fine but head injuries aren't always that simple.
