This is what happens when you try to imitate anime but don't understand why the Japanese draw and color the way they do. If you really wanted actual black rep while still keeping to anime, you don't draw them with small noses and mouths (with some exceptions--Pokémon is one of them, but they're still colored darker). You give them big honkers and puckers because that's their physiology compared to Asians. "Same face" syndrome in anime is probably a result of social conformity where no one is supposed to stick out like a sore thumb as they keep the cogs running, you typically see a cast of snowflakes when the series takes place outside of Japan. Hair color is more-or-less meant to be a visual aid to the audience they're a main character unless it's actually super important in-series the character's hair is an unusual color, in which case they tend to get mocked for it.
